Hey! Bill here from Texas.
I'm researching as much as I can. Lots of info.
I know that, I'll be wanting a tank at some point. But first I have to find a good ecig. I'm looking at the nicer ones such as the Silver Bullet.
I definitely want something quality that will last a long time(battery life and durability), and I don't have to refill to often.
My budget is around $200 for everything to get me started.
Probably start off with drip or something similar until I find a good juice.

Howdy Bill and welcome to ECF. You've set a very realistic budget and can get a great unit and supplies with that. I'm going to let other advise you on which would be good at that price point. Definately check out the vendors listed here on ECF and check out some of the juice reviews, just keep in mind that one persons all day vape may not be the same as anothers.

So... After more searching. I have only confused myself more lol
I found the bottom fed box mods, which look pretty hassel free. But a bit pricey.
Then I found out about attys like the 306 that look like they hit pretty hard. And other low resistance things, so I don't have to have 6v or anything. But the Silver Bullet is still looking like a great option.
I'm still looking for something similar, maybe a little less bulky.

hoosier sells the 1.7 Xl smoktek cartos...they hold almost 2ml juice...good for a loooooong vape...if order already done, you can call Brent and have them added to order...I use 'em all the time and get mine from Crystal Clear Vaping ...they throw in 2 drip tips, a syringe and free shipping...for juice, I use BlueMist Vaping Supplies some of the best prices out there...30ml/10bux for custom blended juice...got good deals on sample pks as well...give 'em a try..........

p.s. I think there is a Texas group in the community forums and seems I have seen mention of a vape shop(or 2) in the Austin area...store fronts are great for easy access to juices and accessories..........mj

Thanks again for the links :) How did you know I wouldn't be able to find them... haha
I'll order some of those xl cartos this evening. Maybe some xxl too.

Any suggestions of some good quality attys that are noob friendly? Big, small, with tip, or without, single coil, dual coil. 306 or 510? Should I just get a mix bag?
Definitely want some stuff that will last a while :)

I have a couple of different cigs and mods which I won't get into as it would open up a can of worms....and I'm still very much a noob...2 months into vaping. When around the house I find dripping to be best, I like the cisco atomizers and I prefer 1.8ohm with any 510 drip tip. But when out, I switch between ego-t ( type B with silicon caps ) and CE2 clearomizers. My wife started at the same time I did and she prefers to only drip using a standard Mega-T rex starter kit with a 1.5 ohm atty. Check out avidvapor.com for cisco atties......hitliquid.com has the very good prices on generic 510 atties and CE2s. I get liquid from Liberty Flights and Alien Visions...not the best prices but very good quality.

I like the iken line of atomizers, have not tried the cisco ones yet. You can get them at empiremods.com or from ikens website which is down right now. I would recommend sticking with 510 to start with and try both 1.5 , 1.8 and 2.5 ohm atomizers for dripping. I originally liked the 1.5 but now have gotten stuck on the 1.8. Try to buy 2 of each, as you will probably blow a few of them out when you start learning how to drip. I find I now drip everywhere, of course the drip shield helps with catching occasional leakage.

Also, try to set yourself a budget for juices and what not, otherwise it can get expensive., Don't be afraid to try other flavors besides tobacco, it is surprising how good some of these are.
