No adjustment needed.

I"ve used a few tanks (like the subtank mini) that use low resistance (i.e. .5) and high resistance (i.e. 1.8) and I switch between them (depending on the mod I'm using at the time) with no issues. Lots of non-sub ohmers use wide bore drip tips.

You will want to adjust your wattage depending on the coil's ohms. The tank really doesn't care or know what ohm coil it has in it. That's all a function of the mod.

You'll definitely want to lower your power, but other than that and changing the airflow to your desired amount that is it.

That is just it, I don't question the tank but do the power. At a higher resistance I would assume the power needs to go up in order to force current through in order to get a decent firing, that said, getting the right amount of AF may be troublesome. Too much and may result in a weak and/or flavorless vape.

This obviously is not my forte hence my lack of understanding.
