Oh NO!!! Man those reading glasses. I bought a salmon fillet at Walmart (I know, right???) last week because I was pretty sure it said "sockeye" on the package (my readers were waaaay too far away...in my purse.
) but when I got it home and cooked it it tasted funny. Turns out it was ATLANTIC sockeye, which is not even the same fish as Pacific salmon!!! Yuk. I posted a "Dear Self" post on Facebook as a reminder to always wear my readers when necessary. Bad things happen when you THINK you know what something says! @Uncle Could you check your inbox please, sent a PM regarding your details for the giveaway.
