Got my nails ready to do acrylics on them :) Rebuilt my coil earlier, and now trying to figure out why my isub is leaking juice out the airholes :|
OMG,mine too,clear right.?

leaking airholes is probably O ring related or the coil isn't seated all the way. When ya unscrew the top section, the coils may unscrew somewhat leaving a gap in the O ring to base.

Piggy bought a gel kit and is loving it. Her nails actually outgrow the paint before it chips. First time ever.

oops, missed the "rebuilt" part, the cotton tails aren't in the juice grooves properly and/or are too short.my goblin gave me fits till I figured it out.I am sure you know this but are you wetting the wick and tails first then sticking them into the juice channels.?

Interesting. I've never prewetted the wick. Maybe I'll try that.

It depends on how the regulator works. 3 batteries in series gives you 11 - 12 vdc. A buck regulator converts some of the excess voltage into more current available at a lower voltage.

With modern pv, think of it as total available input power = sum of cutoff voltage x max safe output current per battery, and output power = input power less a handful of % for regulator inefficiency.

If cutoff is about 11.1v (each battery allowed to discharge to about 3.7v), and your batteries are rated 20a continuous discharge, available input power is about 11.1 x 20 = 222w. If the regulator is about 90% efficient, your available output power is just under 200w all the way down at cutoff.

Ah, thanks for clarifying..... Did not think of the regulator itself.
In other words, we can roughly divide current amperage drawn at atomizer by 3 (# of batts.) to get the answer how much it will draw from each battery minus lost efficiency by the board.
