    Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Funny you should say that, @crxess. Looks like since my battery is 10w max and my coil is 1.6 ohm, even when I set it to 4.2v, it's most likely really only putting out 4v. (Found one of the online calculators btw @Fuzzy Thunderbear! Pretty handy!)

I know you don't want to trust tolerances on the board to be spot on accurate, or for that matter trust resistance shift not to occur while vaping.
(Resistance shift) A change in base resistance under load
* Change may occur due to change in metal density .{even had a crossed coil once, that touched loops as it heated up.}
Thin wiring can cause irregular resistance readings under loads due to heat transfer.

Improper regulation, Reading resistance incorrectly, can cause higher than expected output.

******But mostly, you are running your coils at the edge of capability******

New Coil head:
Likely over cooking the e-liquid Reduce power to lowest point where it will vape comfortable.
Gradually increase power while breaking in coil head.
If any burning/dry taste is noticed, back power down slightly.
(Power off pull to saturate wick)
Test at new setting.
If Good - new max setting is achieved. <if needed, reduce further>

Be careful how you build the Nixon, those holes leaking would drive a saint bat .... crazy.
Oh I hate juice leaking outa my RDA onto to my mod....right down the 510 pin it's a nightmare.when you say be careful what do you mean?I Always build my coils so there level and as close as can be to the top of the posts,would that be an issue with the Nixon?

OH... I'm actually running it at 3.7v on a week old coil and it's doing fine. I was only mentioning what it was like at 4.2 because I didn't understand how someone could run at 80-100 watts, or even 50! But I do now. Thank you for all the input, btw. I'm sure I'll be needing more as it looks as though I'll be graduating to sub ohm sooner than expected thanks to @GPC2012...
