Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Yeah and even cares about how we are being treated for our issues. I've been on pain meds since 2008 for my shoulder, and he's the first one to suggest that I go to something more permenant and long term like a pain patch. That would be so great. Once every 3 days instead of 2 or 3 times a day
It was very and such a weight off my shoulders. I hate having to go to a new Dr. Most Dr's are .... retentive idiots. :d
They are so over compensating on the whole pain med abuse thing. They've forgotten that some people really do need them to function. It really sucks. As for the VA they should be a lot more attentive to anyone who has served our country instead of abusing ignoring and mistreating them. We all owe you a huge debt that can never really be repaid but should be daily. I respect and admire what you've done for us.
Think I might still be in shock a little bit. Had been home for just over an hour when we get a call from the regional office of Adventist health, they wanted to check and make sure our first visit with them was pleasant and wanted to make sure our needs had been met during the visit. Am I dreaming or something. Never had a medical group or company care at all once they know they got money out of it. Somebody pinch me or something huh
