I used the code when I made my order, and the site applied it, but when my order arrived (yesterday), the receipt no longer reflected the discount, nor does the website "order history."

Edit: I contacted Halo as you suggested, and in the course of gathering my ducks noticed that in fact the website order history does reflect the discount; only my paper receipt does not.
I'm going crazy in my middle age! I'll wait to see what CS says about which record to "believe."
