HV vaping nastiness

My first attempt at HV vaping is not working out. So I just got my 4ohm atty for vaping at 5-6v and 20 draws later and it still tastes disgusting. What gives?

What voltage are you using? I'd want around 6v for a 4 ohm atty.

I will begin by saying that I have not used a 4Ω atty before. That being said, I cannot see how that would play a role in the "nastiness" you are experiencing. This appears to have more to do with "blowing out" the atty so the factory residue is cleared out. Another method I use with attys, is to drip, burn, draw and immediately exhale. This way you are not dry burning the atty (higher chance of popping), you are not inahling the factory residue and you are burning the residue off.
