can not say enough how much better this vaping is compared to smoking . i noticed my stress is way down .but it seems i do not want to go to sleep and just want to vape out . i guess i have turned into an insomniac vaper or whatever the term is for one that vapes . i have found i am in love with the flavor 555 at 11mg , i may try 18 ng to see if it cuts me down on vaping any . the nicotine buzz is quite odd to me at this point , have never got a buzz from smoking cigs . also it is quite nice to not have to go outside to vape compared to smoking . i live with others that smoke and they go outside to smoke , so i feel alienated . my girl friend could not use the vapor due to it giving her headaches from the pg i think . i kinda wonder if the vg will do the same to her . but v4l doesnt carry vg and they are the only site i trust at this point and are the cheapest as well , i checked all sponsored suppliers to varify that . again i just love vaping ....

Don't forget that nicotine is a stimulant, it will keep you awake if you vape heavy at night! And if you do manage to get to sleep it can give you some crazy dreams.

My boyfriend makes me go stand outside with him while he smokes so he doesn't get lonely, hehehe.

Rainwater I am right there with ya as far as sleep. I have plenty posts here from 2am - 5am Luckily I can sleep in.

Yes, the stuff at cvs is vegetable glycerin even though it doesn't say it on the bottle.

I found it by the facial lotions. I order 36mg juice and cut it with some of the glycerin for more vapor and a smoother feel. I'm not sure if going to partial VG would help with a PG sensitivity though as there is still plenty of PG in the mix.

My name is ed and I am a vapeholic. Vaping a lot but I still manage to sleep like the dead! Never woke up to have a smoke break when I used analogs. I only experienced vivid nightmares (in cinemascope) when using the patch. As nicotine is a stimulant, ymmv.

Me too! I don't like 9pm anymore. That is when I force myself to switch over to 0nic so I can get some sleep. Strange thing is that I never used to have trouble sleeping with cigarettes. Even when smoking just before bed.

I vape way more than I smoked. Like, constantly. I never felt a nic buzz with cigs, so I'm guesing it's because I vape as if my life depended on it.

yeah i vape constantly it seems . trying a prefilled cart from v4l nuport flavor to see how long it lasts , i guess so far i am using around 15 - 20 ml a week of juice wich is not bad . my pre estimate was 35 ml a week . so this further drops my habits cost down compared to cigs wich i spent $28 a week on . 20 ml a week would be around $7.50 and that is saying i order from v4l and buy atleast $50 an order to get the discount hh15 for 15% off . basicly sums it to being free shipping.

Rain, vape whatever level makes you happy in the daytime, but when night comes dop the level..you will still be getting nic but less, you may find it helps with sleep! I vape at around 11mg all day but when i am on the computer at night I vape,,from 6mg to 0 nic. I sleep very well! That said I stay up late because I am a nightowl and sleep in..one of the benifits of not working anymore.
