Update, im pretty sure i ran too much. I stressed my heart too much which caused arrythmias. I had to get on lisinopril for high blood pressure. That lowered my BP and stopped the arrythmias. Ive been vaping again for 4 days with no symptoms. Hopefully it lasts. Thanks for all the advice and comments.

Ok, for the sake of the children, lets get the word out running is bad for you!!!!!!!

Just kidding. I'm so glad you figured this out and can return to a healthy lifestyle. I really felt, reading this, there was no way vaping was related to your symptoms.

hi! I just stopped smoking and started with a vape. How to resist and not start smoking again?

One day at a time. Many of us never intentionally stopped smoking when we started vaping.. we just let it happen...
I've heard stories of 1 day to 2 years. Unfortunately millions still smoke (and vape). Which is kind of sad as cancer don't care.
Good luck. :)

This happened to me recently. 5th year vapor. I'm guessing it's too much Nik. I bought my first mod AIO (out of desperation since my goto eroll got discontinued) recently. Went from 18 mg to 6. The 6mg had lots of vapor but less throat than I am used to with the eroll so I think I just overpuffed. I should probably drop to 3.
