G'day Kikimeow (cool name by the way).

I just wanna say- good job for vaping lower juice. I'm new to all this; I've been analogue free & vaping for only a week now (at 24mg). I think you should be okay, as long as you haven't had any ill side effects that is. I know what you mean though- as I have found that sometimes I feel like vaping more- particularly when in a stressful situation (so the opposite to your "lounging about at home" state) but I just remind myself that the nicotine has entered my blood stream after about 5-7 puffs/drags. Like when I used to smoke rollies- I had to be mindful not to smoke too many (no more than 15 thin ones per day).

But that's just me as I don't like things controlling me; which was one of the main reasons I quit the analogues. However, everyone is individual in there rituals & habits & I feel that Vaping is pretty harmless, particularly if you are Vaping only 6mg. I kind of get the feeling that your a young person (or young at heart). Hope I am not being judgmental or personal here. It's just that when your young you should be enjoying life; so I therefore reckon just enjoy yourself & be proud your not smoking analogues. Well done for Vaping low mg juice. Happy Vaping!

Kiki - This is normal behavior. You just stopped smoking for crying out loud. Chain vape like a freight train if you have to. I highly recommend buying some 0mg liquid. Get 2 tanks. Put 0nic in one, and try some 12mg or 18mg in the other. When you feel like vaping, grab the 0 first. If you find that you absolutely "need" some nic, vape from the other tank.

The good news is that since you are already chain vaping, you can't get any "worse". ;) It will all get better from this point forward. After a week or two (maybe three), the blush of being a "new" vapor will start to wear off, and your usage will decline naturally. For now, just do it at will until you know that you have successfully replaced a smoking habit with a vaping habit. No worries. Situation normal...

My roomies were actually worried that I was going to get nicotine poisoning, kaus I never put it down. Luckily I have low nic 6mg juices, so I haven't had any nasty side effects thus far. I just absolutely love the taste, and the vape clouds. I can't help but want to do it constantly while I'm at home and lounging about.

Would anyone advise against it, or are there others that do this as well?

Just curious

Cheers :p

I've practically been chain vaping for the past 8 days since I took some time off work for the holidays. I vape at 24mg. No issues for me. I say do it as much as you want/need. If you start feeling badly, just put it down for a bit.

I also tend to vape all day at home. I quit a 20+ year smoking habit when I switched to ecigs which I've been using for about 3 months now. At first I was using 24 nic juices and dang, did i ever feel sick. I finally wised up and got some 6% and 12% juices for when I want to chain vape and this has made all the difference in the world! I always have a clearomizer filled with an 18% or 24% nicotine to tackle a serious nicotine craving, but I love the low nic juices for all day vaping.

also an at-home chain vaper!

I have 12-18mg juice for the morning with my coffee.. 18mg for during the day at work and can go hours between vape breaks.. and then 6-8mg for when I get home (and weekends) and don't put my PV down!

do what feels right.. your body will tell you when you've had enough for a while.

I've been averaging about 5ml a day I'd say...(Not sure if that's considered a lot or not) and just started vaping on the 20th. I actually ordered some nic free juice tonight, so I can switch to that if I feel like I'm going a little overboard. I was actually a chain cigarette smoker, too... so I guess I can see the correlation to why I'm constantly vaping. It's a comfort thing for me, I think :)

I'm 23 years old... so I guess that's reasonably young. I'm just glad I found this alternative somewhat early on, because I can already tell that it's making a positive impact on my health, and life in general. I am proud of myself for making the change, but honestly... it wasn't a very hard transition to make. It was seamless almost, vaping just felt so much better... not to mention the hobby aspect of it which is lovely. AND THE FLAVORS!!

Yeah... vaping is just pure awesome.

Chain vaper! 8 to 10 ml of liquid a day (in a Kanger T3 which does tend to suck liquids). I use 6 mg/ml liquid, so I never go into nicotine overload.

I enjoy it. I used to chain smoke, so this is far better for me and nobody complains about the clouds of mint-scented vapor wafting through the house. It smells better than the dogs by far.

Honestly !. I vape 36mg, pretty much all day. Funny but side affects aren't noticable. In contrast i drink coffee first thing and instead of having 2 or 3 mugs i'll just stick all the coffee in 1, so it'll be a nice big heaped desert spoonful, huh, mad i know. I've had to cut down because it was really irritating the hell out of me until teatime. Turns out i can't really handle caffeine all that well, that and i don't shut up, know what i mean. But nicotine, that's a different story, it just makes my heart race from time to time, that's it, so, i'm not planning on cutting down, i'd only do that if i started dripping. If i do get a dripper i will most certainly be reducing nicotine content in my liquids. Probably as low as 6mg, for the dripper only of course. I think giant clouds at 36mg could be a little too much.

Good for you.

Cause smoking seriously narrows down the possibilities for your love like.

Only being nearly 2 months into my second stretch and was vaping easy 10-12ml per day of 12mg juice when using Vivi, Pro Tank etc but now that i use RBA/RDA find that i'm vaping far less and still getting the fix needed thinking of going down to 6mg, if I'm using a dripper am able to put nearly 1ml into it and get thru 3/4 of the day funny how things can change, maybe also due to time taken setting things up and the enjoyment after and the total different flavour level out put.

Funny, but I only chain vape when logged into ECF ...

or when driving, or reading, or watching TV, or after a big meal, or first thing in the morning, etc ... :D

Seriously, why not ? I'm not smoking, which means no more coughing fits or wheezing, my house actually smells good (and so do I), and I'm saving money ...

Long before I gave up smoking, I quit worrying so much about compulsive behavior, its my nature ...
