I'm pretty pleased with V4L with a couple exceptions. Our last order got fouled up while it was on it's way here and items were missing and the bag had been torn before it was delivered. The other exception is what you spoke of Kimmy. We are not treated equally and that can sting and cause one to wonder what's going on that we're treated so differently sometimes. I have a battery that completely died after less than 2 months and was told "During checkout on your next order, make a note in the order comments section of the issue along with the order number and we will take care of it from there."

In other words, they're taking care of your bad battery but I have to place another order with them in order to find out how to get it replaced. I've seen several people comment on how great they were about replacing faulty batteries. So, it kind of rankles me that I'm forced to buy something else in order to find out how to get the dead battery taken care of. It's not that I wasn't going to order from them again, but this has me wondering how to get on their "special treatment" list.

Yeah, this happened to me as well. They won't fix your problem until you buy something else? Ha, not all about the money? Riiight.

The best way to resolve your problem is by opening a service ticket at: support.vapor4life.com. This way they and you can track the status and it is in their CS system so that anyone can and will address it immediately, especially if the person you emailed or sent a PM to is out. I too have had problems, but they resolve them very quickly if you are patient and work with them in a reasonable manner. Posting complaints on the forum is fine, everyone has a right to express their opinions, but if you haven't tried resolving through the proper channels, it is unfair to the company to air your grievances publicly without giving them a fighting chance.

I hope your problems get resolved to your satisfaction, vape on.

They always say to add it to the next order...however, if you want a replacement mailed back, tell them you don't want to order now, and please send it. They will.

or you can email them the problem and they will fix it for you. no need to make another order!

That is exactly what I did. They sent me a return email with instrucitions on how to open a service ticket at support.vapor4life.com which I then did. Their reply to the ticket was what I posted earlier..."During checkout on your next order, make a note in the order comments section of the issue along with the order number and we will take care of it from there."

So it does seem we get different replies and far different offers of resolution even though I did go through the proper channels...email and the support ticket. I do NOT consider having to place another order as my problem being resolved.

ya sometimes the guys that reply dont really help... thats when you pm one of the big guys in this forum. Then everything will be honky dory! what does honky dory mean? is that a phrase? hmmmm

It is a phrase, it's also a David Bowie album :). I can't believe they'd even replace a 2 month old battery, that's pretty excellent if you think about it. I can't imagine any other company that would do that!!

Really? The other company we bought batteries from had a year guarantee on their batteries and immediately shipped a new one if you let them know one went bad. They'd send a self addressed envelope to return the bad one in along with the new one. No questions asked, and no reqrirement to order something else first.

I don't know the "big guys" to PM. I did add to the service ticket very early yesterday morning and told them I wasn't ready to make another order but DO want to find out how to "take care" of the bad battery now. So far, no reply.

Some people on here might get special treatment, but so what! They are also the ones that have been with V4L for a long time. I don't have a problem with them sending a replacement battery out to someone that they know without a doubt is not trying to scam them. Or who spends a lot of money with them. I messed up a battery trying to clean it one time, I told Val, and she replaced it on my next order. How fair is that? They replaced my screw up. I was not a big spender, not did I post in here much. I rarely order from V4L anymore because I like big batteries and lr atty's, but I always send people interested in e-cigs to them.
