Any mod that runs on a high drain li-ion battery capable of a 30A discharge will be able to hit 75w. What else are you looking for besides wattage? What will this be used for, and what are you currently using?

For a single 18650, you'd need to get a Samsung 20S. You could also use the Sony VTC5A in a pinch. LG HB 2, 4, and 6 would also work, but with shortened run time.

A better bet would be to look at 20700 or 21700 cells. The Sanyo 20700A, Sanyo 2070C, Samsung 30T, and Samsung 40T would all suffice.

UNLESS you were looking for a complete mod with an internal battery in which case there are many, many devices rated to 75 watts...

Part of the issue is “battery” can mean a couple of things. It can be an entire sealed battery mod with a LiPo in it, or it can be a battery for a replaceable battery mod for which there are several available sizes. @Shawn Hoefer goes through those choices.

You're putting the cart before the horse. The first thing you choose is a tank or RBA based on your vaping preferences. Then you choose a mod that'll drive it properly. Lastly, you select the lithium cell(s) to power the mod. You make a tradeoff between capacity and discharge rating based on those requirements.

From attempting to assist the OP in various previous threads for a few years;

He seems to use " e cig battery " to describe a power device/mod, either internal or external/removable cell, all shapes & forms stick, tube & box shape power devices, and actual batteries/cells. (18650, 20700, 21700 etc..)

So, I'd be willing to bet he's after suggestions for a new power device.

Geekvape Aegis Solo if you're looking for a small 18650 single cell power device.
But, if you're going to use 40w or above a two cell device will give substantially more between recharge cycle run time than a single 18650.
Maybe a Vandy Vape Jackaroo using a 21700. a single cell device that can have an advantage in run time over a single 18650 device depending on the 21700 cell you chose.
