i would like to quickly make an introduction for myself. i am 21 and have smoked for five years. i am a light to moderate smoker of camels, parliaments and pall mall blues. i am really looking forward to my first e-cig experience for many reasons and the package should be here soon. i will let you know how it works out for me.

i chose the Joye eGo kit from cignot.com at $59.00 for 2 complete eGos, which seems like a great deal. i also bought two 5 packs of Joye eGo cartomizers, 12mg Hazelbutt and 16mg Blueberry juice, a bunch of sample juices from freedomsmokeusa.com and a few syringes for filling the cartomizers, too.

a lot of people are interested in juice, so here are the samples i ordered from freedomsmokeusa.com

American Spirit, AppleWood, Ginger Bread Cookie, Pall/Mall, Peach Tea,
Pina Colada, Pink Lemonade, RY4, RY5, Thin Mint Cookie, Wyatt Earp

I really wanted to try one of the watermellons, cherry cola and almond joy, but needed to cut some out for now

Welcome, I am new too and am pretty much in the same possition.

I went with the classic 510 and am still waiting for it. Apparently wordupecig.com had too many orders and have been backed up *sigh*

I also made a deal in the bartering section, for which ECF RULES!!!, and got a KR808d1 on the cheaps in hopes of finding my ideal model and methods of smoking. I did NOT purchase any liquid though.. rookie, I know.

Well I hope you post some reviews for your vendors and flavors as I hope to learn along with ya, there's just so many sites out there with flavors, they all sound so good, and I wanna try them all!

Very good start for both of you, good job on doing your homework here on ECF, best vaping college around..lol. D!e(go) order some sample size juices from www.freedomsmokusa.com , get a little of everything and see where your taste lies. One mistake most of us made including myself was to think we needed tobacco flavors to quit, for me it didn't work until I found some good sweet flavors, then my cigs tasted terrible and I was done with them.

Welcome and hope you enjoy vaping!

Just a note that Cignot (in Illinois) is a great company with great customer service, and $59 is a good price for an eGo 650mAh kit (plus $5 shipping for orders over $59), but litecigusa.net (in Pennsylvania), is also a great company with great customer service, and has the same kit for $54.95 plus $2 shipping for orders less than $75. Litecigusa.net has more 510 parts (several different non-Joyetech cartomizers, atomizers, etc) than Cignot does, but Cignot carries more Joye products, I think.

Liberty-Flights.com (in California) has eGo 650mAh kits for $51.96 after the 20% discount that's automatically included (or use coupon code of ECF, if the discount isn't automatically calculated), plus $2.99 shipping.

Also, Liberty-Flights.com has even less prices for the Riva 750mAh kits (same as eGo but made by a different company than Joyetech or Janty) at $29.99, but they're currently out of stock and are quite often out of stock on the more popular colors, (but they have more colors to choose from than some of the other suppliers).

Yup, I gotta chime in for Liberty-Flights too, they're where I got both of my eGo kits. First one (rec'd last week Thursday) got for the $51.69 (click the 20% off link in upper right corner for the discounts - then as you shop you are seeing the 20% off pricing) - but a few days later, was just looking and saw they'd added more stock to their ECF special eGo kit (black only, but that's what I wanted) which ended up being only $39.99. Just gotta stalk here, there and everywhere and you will find more sales than your pocket can handle ;o)

Liquids, so far I'm all over the place - Liberty-Flights (definitely love the red energy - I love sugar-free red bull); madvapes.com got a bunch of flavors, haven't even come close to trying them all.

i got free shipping on my cignot.com 'cause i bought some extra cartomizers... but you're right, it looks like litecigusa.net would have been an equally great deal, if anyone is looking for an ego kit!

if i were on a really strict budget i would have bought the riva kit you talk about from liberty-flights at $29.99 because it is a steal!

There is an insane amount of intriguing juice out there, so i plan on trying a lot of samples

Princessa, I am really curious about the red bull... and colas... i can't imagine that! i'll give it a try

I wish the eGo was around last year when I started. I've been using it since March 2010, and my original 2 batts still work today. I have since purchased two other eGo's, including the longer battery 900mAh version.

The best part of the eGo is the many options...different types of attys, or carto's....it's a "pound-for-pound" winner.

I'm interested in hearing this, because I'm trying to replicate a marboro menthol, even tonight soaking some tobacco in order to cook it tomorrow into an essence...still haven't quit the analogs yet and I'm convinced it's the taste but maybe NOT? I like sweets but I can't imagine smoking a pina colada lol. Or a banana yuck. The tea flavors intrigue me, after all i'm a zennie. but why would anyone smoke a pecan praline?.....well, i'll follow your advice and try a sampler.

Thank you!

Keep an open mind, you will be surprised what you would like to vape, my new obsession is my own peanut butter cup and cotton candy. I would have never thought vaping these would be good but I love them now. The sample bottles are pretty cheap and trying a few different flavors til you find the ones you like is worth the money.
