Yes that is the plan. I will be starting this weekend. I am buying all the supplies this week
I suggest starting with a reputable vendor who has been around for a long time and has had a positive reputation in the industry. Get Pharmaceutical grade PG, VG, 99% pure nicotine and organic flavorings free of alcohol and anything artificial. Proper measuring supplies, bottles and syringes and work in a sterile environment.
