She is out of surgery!! The surgeon was able to replace the stint (he was not sure if he could before surgery) and didn't see any signs of infection. This of course will start all the spasms again which pain meds do nothing for. She still has a rough road ahead but hopefully she can begin to heal now. AN hour I will be on my way there!

Having a cigarette is not an "I've blown it now!" situation, so don't get to worried about it. One in two months. How many does that mean you *didn't* smoke during that two months?

Feeling the need for a cig, well, that may mean that you need some juice with a higher nic level, possibly just for the times when things are extra stressful.

I had a cigarette after 2 months of doing without. I know I have not smoked many and don't plan to smoke anymore but I am a bundle of nerves! Sad thing is, it tasted so good and that is not what I was hoping for!

My daughter had surgery Nov. 8th and I have been up there to care for her. She has had a really rough time. I just got home and get a message from my son in law that she was rushed to the ER by ambulance in severe pain. There is an obstruction in the stint they placed and she is now in emergency surgery. In 3 hours I will be headed back up there but not being there now is killing me. Any/all thoughts and prayers will be greatly appreciated!

You have my thoughts and prayers that all turns out well for you and your daughter.... Don't beat yourself up over this. You slipped under extremely stressful circumstances... that is completely understandable. Once all is well, climb back on that wagon and we will be here for you. God bless!!
