I breath juices overnight and it lost its flavor....

I'm so sad now, I let my juices breath overnight and it lost its flavor...it was so good yesterday..and now it taste like nothing...
if I steep it for a week or two, will it come back..?

the only way to know is to try it. shelf it for a week and try it again. i never leave the cap off for more than an hour when new. i only do this with liquids that are mixed to order. i use the S & S method of steeping. shake & sit, shake & sit.

I always leave the cap off my juices for 24 to 48 hours and I've never had a juice lose its flavor. That's weird.

It might come back.... Just depends on the "flavor" it lost.... Many artifitial flavors are Ethyl Alcohol based...... The main purpose of removing the cap is to let this alcohol evaporate.... So if that flavor you tasted was the ethyl, then NO it might not come back. IF the flavor was just stronger because of the alcohol, then it MiGHT come back.

Yup. That's the reason for leaving the cap off. Alcohol evaporation is very quick. Otherwise your just evaporating flavor molecules. So called " breathing " is for Wine not ejuice.
