Drozd, is it possible the 4.5 MAX the OP listed is the over-charge cutoff?

OP, do you have a link to the battery?

not sure...I'm usually only concerned myself with the mAh ratings, max drain rate, and whether or not the battery is known as reliable and true to their stated mAh ratings....as far as that goes...I have my prefered list...and which I'll stay far far away from

At first I thought it was an 18650 now I'm not sure. But it did appear to be a battery that fit into the little chuck as it was on a e cig site that I found the battery. What batteries does the little chuck take?

that's what I thought.... I think you're talking about the AW high drain LiMN 16340 (which is CR123a size) and fits the little chuck...wrapper is orangish in color...550mAh but is capable of outputting up to 4.4A..and as far as single CR123a size for 3.7V...is the only battery that you can do LR atties or even a standard 510 for that matter without the amp draw being over the max drain of the battery...
As for the e-cig site you found it on ikenvape carries them...otherwise lighthound has them, or you can order them directly from the AW dealer..
