So since I have started vaping not too long ago i have gone through, broken, or lost all my ecigs T.T. I started out with two ego 650 twists, i ended up losing one of them so i bought a 1300 vision spinner. Then i borrowed my friend my 650 ego and he fried it when he left it in his car in the freezing temps. Then my 1300 stopped working all together. I get a 650mah vv usb passthrough battery, and as of last night the charger is broken and i cant manage to find this awkward charger online and am left without a vape. Anyone else have worse stories to make me feel better, been bumming my friends analogs now... SIGHHHH but i will be saving up for a big super mod at least, a lavatube or tesla, we shall see... Thanks for hearing out my rant. ;)

These are electronics, you must be delicate......I wouldn't suggest getting a super expensive MOD until you can maintain a cheaoer device. You think you're bummed now because you lost a $25 PV? You'll be psychotic if you destroy or lose a $200+ one. Just a word from the so called wise....passthroughs are notorious for broken connections, and you never lend your stuff out. You either give it away or get ...... when they break, or lose your PV. Don't worry though, you'll get it together, we all were there once. I think I destroyed 5 egos in 3 months before I got it together.

Provari can take a beating and Provape will repair it even if it's out of warranty. You get a year warranty and you can buy a second year. They will repair it for a reasonable amount after the warranty. But like I said, they can take a beating so you may not need it repaired. Many other mods cannot be repaired.

I agree the Provari is often. I love all of mine but.....Provape won't help if you lose it.

Sad to hear that! I can only imagine how much that must suck :(

A friend of mine has been eating up his eGo Twists lately, and he always lends out his e-cigs when people are over for a drink and a vape. One got broken in half from someone sitting on it, one had the connection detached from the body, one or two I believe had the button jammed beyond repair. In addition to this, I believe he's lost track of several 650mAh eGo batteries from people who borrow them for the evening.

Life is hard for sharing persons!

As far as mod purchases go, have you checked out the Vamo V2? Cheap, good looking and stuffed with all the functionality you'll need. Unless you're dead set on the Lavatube or Tesla and their looks (I'll admit, the Tesla looks quite spiffy! I want one myself), a Vamo will do the same things for a lot less of your hard earned money.

That's bummer news to hear! My personal experience I wasn't happy with the LAVATUBE cause it having a plastic body, I would pick the tesla instead due to its durability, and I believe the tesla that build in circuit protextion. You should go over to te classfield section I'm sure you'll find great mods for great prices!!

Mikers, we are obviously kindred spirits. I work outside all day, with dogs. If it's not my Ecig in the waterbowl, it's my cell phone... (I won't even dream about taking my iPad out there for that very reason,) Eventually everything I own WILL get: LOST, broken, chewed up, pooped on or eaten and it's getting expensive. I actually bought a Scottevest Travel Jacket, just so I would have pockets that zipped up to hold my electronics. (I've got my eye on one of these http://www.scottevest.com/v3_store/Molly_Jacket.shtml) But what I don't lose or break the husband does. I recently busted the head off my ego twist and lost the button... I can still activate the switch with a ball point pen, but I'm waiting for some Suguru hacking putty to replace the button. Good luck and if you ever figure out how to monitor your stuff better, please let me know because I'm tired of losing my ecigs to the elements and the universe. I did manage to stay smoke free for 7 months, so at least one thing is going right.
