Hey guys, i'm pretty new to the ecig and this site.

In general i really do like this thing, been tryin to learn more about it here and there.

BTW: I'm using a G1. Like this one(sorry about the image size)

so i used cherry from neverlightagain. bottle comes in 24mg 7ml

so after a couple days of hittin it, some .... has hardend inside the atomotizer and its in the middle of it hardened to the case and to the metal inside. everything works just fine. maybe a little weird taste.

well there's my problem guys.

Hello and welcome! First off, the thing you are referring to is a clearomizer. Second thing is that clearos are made of polycarbonate plasic and can be cracked, etched and melted by certain liquids. It sounds like your's may be dying. While "cherry from neverlightagain" isn't specifically on the list of known "tank crackers," other cherry flavors are:

Do you think it'd be a bad idea to keep using it? i changed the flavor.

I melted a lot of gear before someone clued me in about the degrading problem. I ordered a glass tank and while waiting for it to arrive I thought I would keep using a vivi nova that was almost dead. That lasted about an hour. Nothing bad happened, but it crossed my mind that whatever process that was occurring between the two substances may be producing something unhealthy. For example, bleach and vinegar are fine by themselves, but mixed together make a toxic gas. I may be overly cautious, it's up to you.

If you want to vape tank cracking liquids safely, your gear needs to be polypropylene, glass or metal. There are currently no "safe" clearos, like the one you have, although the vivi nova has a metal tube option. Other than that, so you will need to either drip, use a cartomizer or use a carto tank.

That is a great setup...my wife is using it now. If your juice is straight VG it tends to clog up so you might need to clean it out. Try dry burning it after cleaning. Hot water will soften the juice ball.
