I ordered some juice about 4 weeks ago and right out of the mail it was HORRIBLE!I thought I just waisted another $20.So I almost just threw it out but decided to keep it for emergencies.I just ordered some from a different vendor ,this seems like an everyday thing and I really need to stop(he-he).Anyway,I was reading about steeping and tried it again,WOW,it has totally changed. It tasted like prunes so bad when I got it I almost headed for the toilet. Now I don't taste prunes at all.If I knew that the flavors changed so much from steeping I would have not been disappointed.I know to wait now and IMO every new vapor on a tight budget should know this so as not to be disappointed and keep ordering liquid.Just my .02

Good point, medman. Also....taste buds "heal" and change a lot...especially when you first start vaping. Sometimes that's part of the difference in what you like at first and what you like 4 weeks later. I know that juices I just LOVED at first are some of my least favorite now. As your senses of taste and smell kick back in because you've quit assaulting them with cigarettes, your preference in juices may evolve, too. Just my experience.

Glad to read you've now experienced the steeping factor for yourself and found the importance of giving a juice another chance after a few weeks. You won't find a great deal of difference in all juices, but for some, it can be a vast difference. Also agree with what JC said in that your taste buds are still undergoing a lot of change so in some cases there may be juices you didn't like that you'll find you do and vice versa in the next few weeks and months. Its all part of the wonderful journey of vaping !

That's the reason I'm letting some of my least favorite set for awhile before I try them again. Funny how quickly your tastes can change once the taste buds crank back up and the sinus' clear. And as my lungs heal, my preference for the really hard hitting/harsh flavors are gathering dust. I figure I'll hit those up the next time I have a drink or two. After that I just pass out.
