i do not understand the sigelei website authentification query

Hi all,i am trying to authenticate my new kaos spectrum ,i have scratched off the label and have a code 9 characters long,but i only able to enter 4 characters ...help !! it says input 9's column ...very confusing ...

brilliant ,should have asked here first..thanks for the help...it didn't help that i put the model number in the top box and not the number under the gray coating...thanks again ..
