So, I didn't know where to write this because I didn't see the help category. Can anyone tell how this can be repaired and is it even possible? I can't just put it on as easy as it looks, vape just fell off from table and by the title you can see i don't know how. Help me please.

I am assuming this is the 510 connection where you screw the atty on the mod?

Is there a way to fix this, yes and I am sure someone much more knowledgeable will be happy to explain how. You will need some knowledge of electrical components of the mod and possible the ability to sodder.

It is likely best if you don’t understand the electrical components in the mod or don’t know how to sodder to buy a new vape. Even if you do understand and low how it still may be best to buy a new vape. Good luck!

I’m not familiar with that tank at all but my guess is that it is press fit together. If you have a bench vise available to you, you could try pressing it back together using some wood or heavy cardboard on either side to protect the tank. My guess though is that it will need to be replaced but it’s worth a shot.

The first rule of vaping is always have back ups because these types of things are inevitable.

Welcome to ECF :)

Hi ovijs. Welcome to the ECF

I don't have that particular Tank. But it looks like the Base (the part you are holding in the Pictures you posted) is held together to the Tank Body with the Coil-Head.

So you would screw a Coil-Head into the Base, then screw the Tank Body with the Glass onto the Coil-Head/Base.

Do you have any Coil-Heads that go with that eLeaf ELLO TS tank?

Deju Vu, put a paper towel or thin clothe over it. Use a pair of pliers and carefully squeeze it back together. You may have to gently tap it too. A proper Repair is to take it completely apart ,, clean & replace any oring then repress. The fix I'm giving you may have to be repeated every few days if you use it a lot.... Basically the vape God's are telling you to start shopping around for a new atty/system

Do I get to choose what it is you don’t even know how to do? No? Really, it’s much more fun that way.

It’s very hard to tell from the pictures exactly what is wrong. Did you break the glass? That is replaceable for a few dollars. If broken metal is involved that usually means replacement is required.

I had to look at it again --it looks like the base separated from the fall.

Fix a bad pressfit connection? Not worth it imho. It would cost what a new atty would and would likely simply fail again.
You are right for sure. I guess I was lucky. In the beginning, I dropped my equipment so many times. I chipped a mouthpiece once and once broke a tank when it fell out of my hand outside.

    Welcome and glad you joined.
There may be many ways to fix this assembly. If it's what I think it is, just take it to any auto repair (your mechanic?) gas station and ask them to press fit the assembly back together again. If the assembly is thought to be too lose, have them apply a retaining compound joint sealer (Locktite 609 or equiv.). They might do it for free, it should only takes a few seconds to repair.

Hi @ovijs and welcome to ECF!

I don't have an Ello TS, but it looks like the two parts are a press fit assembly. That is quite common, but because this design is harder to work with than other methods of keeping these parts together I try to avoid it. As has been said already, it is likely pretty easy to squeeze them together, you just have to do it in a way that keeps the parts aligned as you work.

I think the easiest way to do it with common tools is put the flat end down on a solid surface with the 510 connector screw threads up. Put something hollow on the top so you avoid the threaded part and gently tap them together making sure the parts go together aligned. You want the gap between parts to stay as even as possible as it gets smaller, not crooked. A socket like this works well, or a piece of pipe, or anything that's hard enough to do it and it the right size. Work gently and slowly.

If you have a vice, that works very well but you also have to use something hollow on the threaded side so you don't destroy the connection.

I never use any glues or sealants in my atomizers because of the risk of chemicals leaching into the juice.

    Good luck with it!

or spare yourself the work, buy a backup unit, or really any other tank that is compatible with baby-beast format coils, so you can continue using your Eleaf HW coils.

I agree. If that tank can be had for 4 bucks, I'd get one or two.
