are there products good quality or is there alot of DOA? i doubt ill pay 15 bucks to ship somthing back to china for an exchange if its a battery worth 10 bucks

Ultimately, it all comes from China.
Ruyan Direct is a favorite site among many experienced members here, I've never ordered from them though.
I have ordered quite a bit from eastmall.net (also in China) and have never had a problem with customs. The new tobacco bill may be changing the customs situation, I don't know.

I have also delt with Ruyan, I have never had any problems with them They are very fast. Some of the China suppliers only have a flat rate of 15.00 ems If I am not in a hurry I just have them use regular mail and then they go by how much the weight of the packsge is I just ordered 30 ml biottle of juice some cartridges and the shipping cost was only 3.00 I may have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get it but I hate paying huge shipping cost for a tiny little order If Im in a hurry to get something I buy from US suppliers. If I was going for a big order I would pay the 15.00 shipping cost

I got my hardware from RD. Shipped Monday, arrived Saturday. So far, everything's in good condition, working properly, etc. Good stuff. Shipping's a bit of a ....., but if you order enough, it's worth it, in my opinion.

Three order so far, no problems with any. Longest took 9 days, quickest took 6. Great packaging, great prices, nothing dead from them yet. Their 801 atty's aren't the greatest, but their 510's are awesome. I'm still trying juice from everywhere, but so far theirs is my favorite.

Four so far. Three came in 5-6 days, one in 10. It really depends on when you order - weekends can add a lot of delay. You are quite correct that a defective item might be a hassle, but I haven't had a single issue with any of the items I've bought.

I have a 401 from them. I LOVE IT. Actually I have about 4 sets from them and everything is still working good (since beg. May). To me shipping is worth it since the prices are so cheap. The only problem is the wait--which is not too bad, 7-10 days!
