Not all threads need to have lofty goals to justify their bandwidth and forum space.
This thread HAD some good natured bantering and in the process there was good information passed and new friends made. Such threads do serve a purpose.
Especially when it is kept good natured....In supporting one's side, people usually cite reasons for their position which can lead to well informed buying decisions down the road.
If we can dedicate bandwidth and forum space to "Vooping" (if you don't know what that is, then good for you. It's something you can't unlearn...), then I think we can spare some space for good natured bantering.
The trick is learning to keep it good natured.....

Well first of all, I appreciate your attention to detail on this important issue that should not be swept aside in the cartomizer skirmish of 1.29.14.
I would submit to you that no underwear (in the minds of many-or at least one-ME!) is better, or at least can be better. Now this is not to be construed as anti-underwear on my part, nor hypocritical sniping of the underwear industry, but simply a statement of my perception. Put simply, I don't think "better underwear" is necessarily a dis-qualifier of "no underwear".
Thoughts?
BTW: It is only with great discipline I am able to restrain myself from the urge to post pictures which could result in A) my first infraction from the mods in a while, and B) potential closure of the thread!
I have learned a ton of great info from this thread, From both sides of the coin. Also learned a bit about this forum board in the process.
It's just a matter of sifting through what is presented. A thread like this also can reveal to someone a kind of "who's who" if new around these parts.
We get 2,000 P.M.'s here, Wow! That is awesome. Another forum I am active on only gives 100 to certain levels of paying members.
Technical aspects of various devices were presented, and things I didn't even think to consider before about certain devices became clearer to me.
Sure, there was some poking the nest posts, but by actually following the whole thread, I was able to highlight unfamiliar terms, right click them, and google search to gain more knowledge.

So using your comparison, if someone says "no mod is better than a Provari". Do that mean that a Provari is better than any mod out there? or do does it mean that it's better to have "no mod" than it is to have a ProVari......hmmmm....
Well it is all a matter of perspective.
You see, to a non-vaper your example could be true. Or to a staunch "Mechanical Only" user, or perhaps even to a committed ProVari Hater. Now why someone would not want a fine piece of engineering as a ProVari is baffling to me, but we have established one thing in this thread, if nothing else, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Is it not so?
