Time to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start again. :)

The three's will get ya. You really have to watch for those times.

3 days
3 weeks
3 months

I'm going to be on guard when the three year mark rolls around. Almost have two years down..... You can get there too. ;)

Oh! and use us as your support system! The best one to have :D

I did the unthinkable. After almost 3 months of being tobacco free, I looked at my wife's pack of cigarettes and thought to myself "I wonder .... hmmmm..." Needless to say, I took one and lit it up. I will not lie, it was great! So great that I had another one later that night. Then, the next day, another and another. It didn't take long to get to the point where my 6mg juice just wasn't enough. Now, two weeks later, I am back to a pack a day and not enjoying it at all. I have noticed more shortness of breath with physical activity. More coughing up phlegm in the morning. Worst of all, my truck stinks, and I probably do too.

I just ordered a batch of 18mg juice. I am hoping round 2 of quitting will be as easy as round 1 was. This time I WILL STAY tobacco free.

Thats too bad man. It also won't be easy to quit if your wife won't vape together with you.

She doesn't like vaping?

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape about it. If you're going to quit and stay quit, you have to be comfortable with that decision. After going back, you came to the same decision that you need to quit. When I used to quit, I'd get away from smoking and all the negatives would get forgotten and the positives remembered. It helped me to remember that multiple times I decided smoking had to go when I would forget those negatives. Now you've decided at least twice that smoking was a negative that needed to go. Remember that next time you're tempted.

Hey don't beat yourself up, I'd imagine it's incredibly hard with them there, just staring you in the eye saying "smoke me" I don't know that I could've quit if Ed hadn't with me too. We've been a support system for each other.

Maybe have a talk with your wife? it's not like your asking her to go sky diving(or whatever dangerous thing you can think of, I liked sky diving *lol*) this is for your health and longevity and of course your relationship, in the long run.

if she doesn't want to just as you found out when you didn't want to, you will smoke. That's ok, Id' imagine you didn't get the "tastes nasty" thing like I did because you're breathing it there at home when she smokes, I'd venture to guess.

on the ejuice, I started at 24mg and quickly dialed it back after two weeks, but it only took a few hits, I do mostly 12mg (*we quit about the same time you did originally) and I've got some 6mg and I'm just not making that leap to it just yet, completely from the 12mgs.

it's ok, recoup and regroup and go at it again. Good luck!!

My first vaping was with e cigs and they were terrible !!! This time I started with a 650 mah Ego and a 1.5 BDC Aspire. Into that I poured 24 mg Brutal Juice !!! It worked. It's been a little over 3 mos and I have no desire to go back to 2 1/2 packs of Camels a day. I would recomend that you get yourself a MVP and Mega to go with your new juice, maybe even some .8 ohm coils. most importantly DON'T GIVE UP !!!!!!!

I've actually found my 2nd time around a bit harder, just convincing myself to put the stupid things down again. And had more cravings, initially, than I did the first time. I fixed that problem with WTA though; the stuff is practically miraculous. It also completely eliminates the emotional dysfunctions at the 3wk mark, so I'm hopeful that it will also be effective against them at the 3mo mark.

To get WTA, there is aromaejuice.com, which has both unflavored (100% VG)n and also WTA-infused ejuice (70PG/30VG); haven't tried anything but their WTA-Virginia, but it's very good. Also there is wholecig.com, which has unflavored for a lower price, and they have a "tobacco" flavor and a "kiss of sweet" flavor, and all theirs are 100% VG; only tried the unflavored from there, but I plan to get their Kiss of Sweet next time, to add to my sweet juices.

WTA really works, for anyone having any withdrawal issues.
