I smoked around a pack a day (give or take depending on the day and what I was doing that day) for the last 10ish years.
I picked up my first real ecig with the INTENTION of giving up cigs about 3-4 years ago. Whenever the JOYTECH EGO-T first came out. Whenever that was, that's when my vaping journey really began. I knew it had potential to help me quit I just couldn't get enough satisfaction off the technology that was available.
When I had the ego I was using 24mg nic, mostly tobacco and menthol flavored. I didn't try vaping again until the kanger subox kit came out. When I bought that I picked up 6mg nic juice and haven't used any other strength since. I thought about trying to gradually work my way to zero nic but I don't want to loose the throat hit (which is a big reason why the older weaker vapes never worked for me), so I'm starting to think I'm not gonna try to fix something that ain't broke.
