I Finally Quit Smoking!

Hello my name is Nelson, I’m new to the world of vaping and I wanted to share my story.

I recently did a “Where are they Now” of the cast from The Warriors (1979), and I was surprised to read that the leader of “The Orphans” Paul Greco passed away. When I researched into how he passed, it turned out that he was a smoker and he died from lung cancer, he was only 53. Now I’m 46, if that happens to me I only have about 7 years left to live! So I decided to Quit! That was 15 days ago, thanks to my new buddy the Joye 510 I can breathe again and I’m looking forward to a healthier and hopefully… long life!

When I was your age (46), I had a heart attack. I've also had a chain smoking friend die at the age of 36 from a massive heart attack. So who knows, maybe you only had one more day to live??? A hearty congrats to you for quitting and maybe, just maybe, just in time!

Grats and welcome! May you always have spares and extra juice! The Joye 510 mega xl manual batteries are also very nice (60-70% more charge but 128mm long w/ a carto) - I use those at home and when out I use the short Joye 510 manuals with the roomy PCC from NoSMokeVA.com.

Boge standard resistance 3 ohm) cartomizers are very nice on the 510 (I recommend with manuals with cartos since if a carto leaks a drop it would do it right over the threaded end hole of the auto battery, where its drag switch is, but the manuals are sealed metal there)

Black Boge 3.0 aka standard resistance cartomizers can be found many places and NiteLiteVapor.us has all 3 colors (black, tan, white). I use juices with 20% or less VG in these for good carto life.

Welcome and congrats! It's interesting reading all the reasons we all decided to kick the butts, but it's great that you've discovered E-cigs as the way to do it -- and more importantly that it's working for you. I know without any doubt whatsoever that I'd still be smoking if I hadn't found E-cigs, and I couldn't be happier that I did. They absolutely saved my life.
