The pharmaceutical grade is the best to use. That is what you want to use for VG or PG.

And, yes, BP is the British Pharmacopoeia, the same idea as USP or EP. If something says it is BP pharmaceutical grade, that should be fine (different groups tend to harmonize, have similar standards).

It is made to a very stringent standard of purity and handling, of which the manufacturer is subject to random inspection of. They also must apply for the USP certification on a set basis and submit to testing.

See USP Verified

i read some information in johnsoncreeksmokejuice.com

“What is Propylene Glycol or PG?”

First, the science behind Propylene Glycol (PG): there are generally two most commonly used versions of Propylene Glycol; USP/FCC Grade PG and Propylene Glycol Industrial Grade. In our Johnson Creek Original Smoke juice line, we use only the highest purity USP/FCC Grade PG. We do not use any Propylene Glycol in our Red Oak Smoke juice line. In the Red Oak line of Smoke juice USP/FCC Grade PG is replaced by natural FCC Grade Vegetable Glycerin (VG).

While we don’t use Dow Chemical’s Propylene Glycol products, their website provides easy to understand, in depth, third party information. The below information was taken directly from their website which you can see here.

“The first kind is USP/FCC Grade, 99.8% pure or higher. Propylene Glycol (PG USP/EP) is a pharmaceutical grade of monopropylene glycol (PG or MPG). PG USP/EP is tested for compliance with the current United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (EP) and Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP) specifications plus the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). It also complies with the Brazilian Pharmacopoeia (FB) and other pharmaceutical and food regulations in the global markets where it is sold. PG USP/FCC grade is an important ingredient for a multitude of uses, including:

its mean i use
pg USP/EP Grade
or

We've answered your questions over and over and can't add anything else. We can't tell you where to buy it and have it shipped to your country. Remember none of us are paid here...just trying to help you find what you need. Maybe reread the previous posts.

GoodDog is correct, we are just e-cig users, not experts in chemicals and only buy our supplies based on good judgement. E-cigarettes carry a risk to all that use them, there are no long term studies on the safety of inhalling the chemicals we are using. We use what we think is the best but everyone must decide for themselves what is best for them. In the U.S. the highest standard for PG and VG is USP (medical grade). Each country will have its own set of standards.
