Some of you might remember last week I had a complication with my order. As a result I got a PM from Mark and Steve here on this forum, as well as a call from Steve on Friday morning.
Steve is a real nice guy and he talked to me for a good long time. He wanted to make it up to me and longer he talked to me the more he kept adding to my basket.
So today I got home from work and there was a package waiting for me. In it was a ton of stuff. I mean a ton of stuff. Including a really nice letter from Mark apologizing for the mix up.
I've attached an image of the loot they sent me. But unfortunately it's kind of low resolution since this forum doesn't allow big file uploads. That said, I'm thrilled and want to share what came. I hope that's ok.
So here is what I got:
5 (five) boxes of cartomizers in various flavors (that's 25 total !!!)
Manual switch USB passthrough
Chrome XL manual switch battery (gotta love those manual batteries)
A Mini PCC kit with auto battery!!!
Another carrying case!
Two USB chargers (two!)
A Car Charger
And a velveteen Vapor King draw string pouch
This is easily over a $100 worth of freebies here. I'm pretty floored.
But it gets even better, because not only am I thrilled and absolutely satisfied, but now everyone else gets the hook up as well. Because as a result of the mix up Steve and Mark added a bonus carrying case to the $50 starter kit they already offered. So now everyone buying that kit gets that extra little bonus.
But for me, as cool as all this free stuff is and as excited as I am to use it and show other people I know... what really gets me is that after Mark and Steve figured out what happened, they were quick to jump at the problem and get it solved. Between the PM's, the phone call from Steve and the hand written apology letter from Mark, what more can you really ask for?
Every company, I don't care who they are, makes mistakes. But it's how they handle those mistakes that matter. These guys are top notch.
