ok for a few years now.. People asked the question "How long does the atomizer/carto/head lasts?"
and for years the automatic answer is "It depends on how often you vape, the temp, the juice"

So I got to ask, how long is long for you and what settings, juice, and what is it???

My cartos XXL 550 when I used a tank, 4v using a Provari, heavy vaping (3 tank refills in a day) lasted me 4 days...

Currently the head (no rebuild) of the Aspire Nautilus at 3.8v using a Provari, heavy vaping (3 tank refills when the tank is half way) lasts me 3 days.. :vapor:

That sounds right on the money to me. This is why I went to rebuildables. I have so much wick and coil, I don't have to worry about it anymore. It takes me 5 to 10 minutes to slap on a coil. It takes a couple of days to stalk the mailman and not to mention the cost of attys/cartos/heads.

I've recently started vaping with a micro-coil with cotton. Coil lasts damn near forever and is easy to dry burn. Just swap out the cotton wick every few days and I'm good to go.

This! While there is a learning curve to making your own coils and wicking them yourself but it's easily overcome and ultimately not only provides a far cheaper alternative that's done on your own timeline but it's also vastly superior in performance to store bought coils in most cases. It's also sort of fun when you get it down. Satisfying as well.

The longest lasting pre-built coils I use (have used) are the iClear30s ones. They last about a month for me. The second longest is the iClear30 original coils. They last about 14-18 days.

After that would be the cartomizers in my IBTanked carto tanks. They are BOGE, LR and SR laser slotted cartos...they last about 8-14 days. (1 to 2 weeks).

Evod BCC and pro tank coils always lasted me about 3-5 days.

All I really vape now though is my kayfun lite clone, and my 2 RDAs , the Igo-W5 and the Stillare. I use 28g kanthal , and cotton. The coils themselves I replace whenever I feel like it.....the cotton lasts about 3-6 days.
