I have arrived in Florida and I already miss my Provari. I brought my MVP and VV. I decided not to bring the Provarii because I didn't want to deal with charging the batteries. I am traveling with my dad and stepmom. If I was on my own I wouldn't feel like I have to be ready on a moments notice. We are here for my grandmother's funeral. She was 102 :)

i will be buying a small charger before too long!
Any suggestions on a nice little one?

I got this one.....It is awesome for travel. I have one in my travel bag and when I am at work, I have one on my desk in case I have to give my battery a quick boost during lunch.

Xtar MC1 Portable USB Charger - Sun-Vapers.com

Great little charger and unbeatable price. And it works with Micro USB so you can use your phone charger......How cool is that?

I just got two of these in the mail. Just the size I was looking for. Thanks Opus!

I just ordered this one a few days ago for a camping battery supply/charger. I've been eying it for a couple of months now. Only downside is that it only works with 18650's.

I would advise the VP1 or any high end charger except the Pila (Nitecore has a great reputation as well on some models). Between the price being unusually high for the Pila, newer chargers not jacking the battery right up to 4.21v which decreases service life, Pila voiding your warranty if you use anything OTHER than Pila batteries (good luck finding them in the States), a general consensus that the VP1 is the best charger on the market (and the same price with a lot more features), and a customer service department that must be located somewhere near Jupiter and using a .000000012 kbit/s internet connection operated by carrier pigeons in aluminum foil spacesuits, I wish I went with an XTAR instead and never purchased the Pila.

I used to love this charger, but currently I am dealing with a nightmare of finding a part for the Pila and never have I had anywhere near this amount of frustration with a high-end luxury electronic. While the charger is good quality, my experience has changed my outlook on the Pila because there are numerous makers producing good chargers at equal or lower prices whom offer better support and a far better warranty. YMMV.

I have had my Pila for almost 4 years....Never one problem and it does not jack your batteries up.. It is a "smart" charger"...Analyze-slow charge-shuts off @ 4.2 volts. I had a pair of AW 18650's that were 18 months old (charged in rotation every other day) still held a full day of vape charge... Pila's make you batteries last! Pilas can even charge 26650's one at a time.....
Pilas rarely have a problem and if they do its only a $45 replacement cost for a new one....:2c:
