How strange indeed. I hope everything works out for the folks at RTS. I'd hate to see any bad press about a company in the vaping business, as that is exactly what Big Pharm and BT are looking for, and I'm sure they would be ready to pounce on it as soon as some story reared its ugly head. Let's hope that there is nothing going on behind the scenes over there at RTS and that all of this is some sort of lobbying tactic that blows over very soon.

bottom coil, not rebuildable as far as i could tell (i think just a T3 that uses regular 510 drip tips)....RMA/today's trip to post office solved the problem

Do try notching the top cap if you get in a bind - it usually works on top coil devices and you can *just* get the top cap out of the stardusts if you have a slim set of pointy tweazers.

Protank seems nice...what was the trick to make it a little more robust...like "thicker"? (less airy? is that what i want?)

I love the Protank just the way it is, however the first thing that many do when they want to tighten the draw up is put evod heads in it instead of the Protank ones. If it's still too airy, you can try plugging one or two of the three air holes just above the 510 threading. The best thing to plug it with would be wax. Bees wax melts at too low a temperature, but candle wax should work. It's non toxic. I attribute my first significant reduction in vaping frequency to the Protank. I feels like I'm vaping as much as I want to but my consumption has dropped to 3 ml of 12 mg/ml per day, down from nearly three times that much of 18 mg/ml and higher. It's not all the Protank of course but a satisfying vape goes a long way.

ETA:
With bottom coil devices you don't won't to make the draw too tight. If you have to suck really hard, and if there's air space in the tank (which there always is) the air expands and allows liquid to flood into the head. Typically, if this happens worse the more air in the tank (less liquid) then the problem is the draw being too tight. I believe this is one of the problems with the Vapeonly devices and making the draw on the them lighter seems to solve flooding problems. IMHO of course.

I think he's OK; if there was a problem with selling nicotine they would have just closed everyone down (it is, or it isn't, OK). The threats are more than likely just to rattle him.

I'm not big on conspiracies, but this smells like someone(s) trying to stir up trouble where there isn't any.

Well it's gala day tomorrow. And hopefully all my efforts wont be ruined by the imminent Scottish weather. We have rain just now but were are hoping for better weather for the kids. We now have a mock-up full size fish tank proudly in place in the front garden. With electrical connections and even a bubble machine. The fish are helium balloons tied top and bottom and they just swim about the tank
