I have been going to many site trying to figure out how the liquid works. I have been buying electronic cigs in the stores. I have done so well quitting smoking with the help of these, my husband is wanting to quit when his carton is gone. I am very interested in buying the liquid for better taste and more cost efficient, especially since it will be for the both of us. Should I be saving my empty cartridges to refill when I get my liquids? If someone could school me on exactly what all I need to buy, and how I fill them, and anything else I may need to know....it would help out alot. Also, how do I get those cute lil counters on my post that say how many days, how much $ saved, and how many cigs not smoked? I enjoy reading how everyone else has done!!! Im 10 days smoke free now Thank you

Yeah, you can save old cartridges and refill them with fluid. Can you tell us what brand you're using? I doubt there's anything fancy you'd need to refill cartridges, but it never hurts to check.

You're looking to buy "e-liquid" or "E-juice" -- lots of places sell it. I recommend you go to a couple of sites and get 5ml bottles (sampler packs if they have 'em). Pinkspotvapors.com is one of my favorites. Maybe some other folks can chime in with their faves?

firstly welcome and congratulations! I think you have to have more than 15 posts to be able to get a counter/banner. you click on one you like and then it will take you to another page so you can put your details in it and then you cut and past the url and go to your settings on the forum and click on your signature on the left hand side then paste the url from the banner page in there and then save changes.
As for juice, now that is a hard question... juice is a very personal preference as everyone has different tastes, you should keep your used cartomizers so you can refill them yes. What sort of ecig are you using? If you and hubby both want to take up this hobby/habit you may want to research purchasing a starter kit here that you can both share?

Most people don't use "carts" because they don't work well overall. Most either direct drip right onto the atomizer coil (heating element) or use cartomizers and manual batteries. I would suggest getting some cartomizers. And remember:

Rule of Thumb: the more it looks like the real thing, the worse the performance.

I am using 21st century. It says 1.6 percent nicotine, but I dont know what that would be in milligrams. I used to smoke Marlboro reds. Sometimes I dont feel like its enough nicotine, but chalk it up to 'they arent my smokes' lol Thank you so much for ur input, Ill check that site out for sure

try the vapor rooms juice or for a cheaper you can use blue mist or for some really yummy stuff you can use copper creek

The Njoy model is what I started with and I would not recommend trying to refill the cartomizers that are made for that device. You may need to buy a more refill friendly model, but you will save a lot of money refilling and make your money back quickly.

Hey, I'd HIGHLY recommend you check out altsmoke.com. For people who are new to the e-cig scene, I'd recommend getting an eGo kit paired with some standard resistance 510 atomizers. Are you looking for tobacco juices, or juices that actually taste good?

1.6% is 16mg, you just move the decimal point. If you smoked reds, you might want to try 24 some time.

Welcome! There are too many juice vendors to mention but I just purchased the Johnson Creek Sampler (3.7 ml. bottles-10 of them for like $15.00). That sampler should last you quite a while and afford test taste differences. Some like the Tennessee Cured, some like the Summer Peach (my fave so far). The Mint Chocolate and Chocolate Truffle are both nice in this package. Not real wild about the Apple Cider..tastes a bit harsh to me. I also like the "Domestic" in VG, 11 mg for all day vaping. The sampler pack is 18 mg.

The trick with juice is you have to try lots of stuff to find what trips your trigger...no two tastes are the same, so experiment. Johnson is made with high grade USA components and their business model and customer service is possibly the best in the business.

Good luck to you and your husband. Go with a nice starter kit like an eGo (make sure it's a Joyetech, not a knock off) The new Ego-C looks like a real nice system.

Well you could get a drip tip and drip the juice on the atomizor or you could drip into the cartriges. Im not sure what ecig u have though. But your are definetly missing out without using the juice! lol

As far as juices go, I am going to say try pinkspotvapors.com as well. I have ordered from them and never been disappointed. you can get 6 different flavors for 30 in their sample pack. Instead of refilling pre-filled cartridges, IMO I would get some blank cartomizers.

Hello and welcome to ECF I definitely recommend the KGO as a user friendly starter kit that's what I have and I absolutely love it I purchased mine from dark city vapor and I know others sell it ... And as far as ejuice goes I recommend avejuice!!

I am looking for juices that resembles my cigarettes. Also I had read in here that someone had wheezing problems with the fruit flavored juices. And I read somewhere else that tobacco flavored contain tobacco leaves, which would make me think wouldn't be as healthy. Which I know its the manufactures of cigarettes put the bad additives in, but not too sure all what is bad in tobacco. I dont mean to sound ignorant. I guess I just want one that taste good and least harmful.
