Can they or will they is the question. LOL. I have never had them call me back about a lost package. Every time they say they will have someone call me and get my number. Never has happened so I quit calling because it was a waste of time. I send 40-50 packages a week every week and only use the post office because it is not cost effective for me to use any other service.

Had the same issue with my first order of e-juice from Mt. Baker. Turns out my package got punctured and the juice dripped and bled all over my name. Only the bar code survived. Finally got the package after talking to my post man and going to the post office. Of course the post office took no responsibility for the package. Lucky for me sent the pictures of the package destruction to Mt. Baker and they immediately sent me my entire order again for free. This time no issues. :)

On several occasions, my mailman has delivered the mail (not including my package) only to return later in the day and drop off my order. Apparently they aren't very organized. He says the package is separate from the mail, so I guess he just misses it.

I have had similar, and also a completely different "mailman" delivery my packages. Sometimes hours later.

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Which doesn't work 50% of the time

Most of the time I get my packages ASAP, usually from Mt Baker Vapor. At one time, my tracking showed packages delivered, but it wasn`t delivered to me. I finally went to the post office and complained. It wouldn`t have been bad if it happened only occasionally, but it was pretty regularly. Anyway, I guess they crawled my postman, because even tho my packages are delivered when it says they will be, now,my postman is kinda cool to me. He mentioned to me that he wished I`d talked to him first before going to the P.O. But in actuality, it shouldn`t have been neccessary.

Lol wouldn't that be something!

Have u guys ever tried calling USPS? Their automated system is something else! I guess I just haven't found the magical words yet. "Help, representative, lost, operator, and customer service" do not work...
I know my mail man and he wears a patch and chews Nic.gum. His wife vapes and I told him,I know your route and I best not have a lost Pkg.
