Well I received my new shipment of juice and carts yesterday. However it looks like someone stepped on the package and they busted the bottles open. Are the carts ok to use after they have been soaked in the juice? What about UPS? They are worth the couple extra dollars in shipping never had a problem with them. The juice smells good lol.

In my experience USPS handles packages better than UPS. I don't know how many boxes I have had smashed from UPS. To many to count really.

I am glad you have had a better experience with them. The same thing happened to me on my way back from deployment my footlocker was destroyed but at least that time they had the courtesy of leaving a note saying they were sorry. It’s cool I will be ordering more today just have to wait again.
I've found that very few suppliers offer any other shipping method beyond USPS. Sorry about your luck.

I sent an email to you customer service address as I stated in the email I do not blame you for what happened to the stuff. Your customer service cannot be beat I look forward to dealing with you plenty in the future no matter the outcome of this little issue. Keep doing what you are doing you should sell lessons to some of your competitors on how to treat their customers you have been great and thanks for everything you do.
