I love vaping as it feels like i am smoking with the TH but i can't vape to long as i feel like i am getting to much nicotine. Just feel too relaxed and weird but want to vape more. So i decided to get a flavour juice with just VG ( As i feel vg is more safe to inhale) and lesson my nic level so that i can vape all the time because i really do enjoy the vaping. At 16 nic level i can't vape much and then need my analogs to to keep hands busy but keep putting them out half way through make up for it. So what level do you think would be good to be able to vape a lot but not get to much nic like i do know after about 10 - 15 hauls every half hour or so?

I am surprising myself at how much i want to vape as suppose to smoke. I think i only smoke to make up for not being able to vape to much. I can truly say that i can see myself getting to a very low nic to none in the near future. But still keeping my PV with 0 nic and flavour.

It's good to try diff variations out. Realize a high VG will mute flavor and TH. As for nic level and nic od- unless you're getting headaches, feeling dizzy or heart palpitations it's ok. Just listen to your body and what it''s telling you. Vaping is a far less efficient nicotine delivery system than smoking as the vapor particles are too large to enter the bloodstream via the lungs.

Try 12mg. If it's still too much, you can gradually step down until you find the sweet spot. I got my husband some 18mg juices because I assumed he needed a lot. He'd vape once and immediately get a headache. He prefers anything from 6 to 12mg just so he can vape more and actually inhale without headaches and throat irritation. He doesn't care for throat hit. He still smokes, but considerably less. Like 3-4 a day instead of 2 PAD. I started out at 18, dropped immediately to 12, then down to 6. I like to be able to vape a lot too. 6 is my sweet spot but I tolerate up to 12 and am satisfied with anything under 6 too. Everyone is different.

It all depends, try a few and see what works. Just remember the throat hit reduces dramatically as the nic goes down.
I don't know about you but I vape for the TH not the flavor. I even vape unflavored nic at times but I need the TH.

I've been vaping for 3 years and I started at 18 and just in the last 6 months dropped down to 15 or 16 with my DIY juice.
Anything lower than that and if feels like I'm just sucking air.

Just listen to your body and don't over do it. I was a PAD smoker and I can vape 18mg all day and night. I've been know to vape 6ml a day sometimes but usually about 3 ml per day. Remember everyone is different though. Also certain flavors have more TH than others so that may help if you drop down. I find that melon (cantaloupe) and sour things (like sweet tart) can boost the throat hit over other flavors.

Just experiment and stay safe ..... and stay away from the smokes :)

As for PG and VG... there are those who are "sensitive" to one or the other and the unfortunate few are to both. Some recommend 100% VG because they've had a bad experience with PG. I took that advise and boy, oh boy was it a mistake. I don't do well with too much VG. If it works for you you can do 70% VG and up to 30% distilled water to thin it out. On nic strength, at your stage I would order two bottles of my favorite juice... one in 12mg and one in zero nic and then mix them myself to bring the nic strength down so I could vape more and I did zero nic in the evening before bed.

I was a 40+ year 3 pad smoker. Started at 24mg and that got me off cigs. After 2 months that was too much nic. Remember, I was a chain smoker, so I was naturally a chain vaper. 3-4 mil a day, but always have my PV to take a puff whenever I feel like it...which is most of the time. Anyway, the anxiety and sleeplessness caused me to start cutting back. My sweet spot is now 9mg...which means getting 12mg and 6mg and mixing. 70/30 is my pg/vg mixture. If I try less nic I get cravings...more and I'm back to headless chicken. Also some flavors give me more TH than others.

If TH or lack of it is an issue when your nic is cut down, there are juices known for containing pepper. There's a vendor makes one they call black pepper in fact but many have it in there and the name doesn't sound that way. They put it in there precisely to increase TH especially in 100% VG. I vape Mr-E-Liquids Red River which has roasted jabanero pepper in it. It isn't spicey hot (I don't like spicey hot food) and doesn't irritate mouth or throat but about 10% of it in any juice I have that doesn't have enough TH will provide it and you really don't taste the Red Rider then but its good on its own too. Cinnamon is also a way to get TH as well as menthol or mint. Oh, and a flavoring that has no flavor to it but is called that... it only gives coolness and TH... its called Koolada. But if you use it be very careful... on about 1% or 1 drop to 10 mils or it will really kick you in the throat.
