I have draw an atomizer in photoshop and i need help to build it

Because i dont want to post the pic for a million reasons
is there anyone can use the autocad mechanic so build for me with all the details and instractions needed
so can use to cnc????
Or have a friend with torn or whatever to build it.......
I will appresiate it cause i dont want to give it to china for nothing.....

you know my real problem is that the beta cost a fortune here in greece
specially if its torn, the mechanics bills every change you've made....
But i have download autocad mechanic but i vant figure it how it works
if i draw it there there its ready file for cnc
