Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

So if I don't understand Ohm's law, I won't be able to use my ecig as a harm reduction device? Don't get me wrong, I understand it very well, but if someone really wants to learn all about the elements of volts, ohms, watts, and amps, I don't think they're going to rely on a device for learning. That's what Google and Wikipedia are for. Lol.

Because they are not the same...
Your hang ups and perceptions about words are not mine...

It does not simplify understanding of ohms law and the interplay of resistance, voltage, and watts... it delays development of understanding/slows it which is the correct definition of the word you apparently find so offensive...

The word it self is polarizing and offensive to more then just me. I understand it may not be your hang up just figured maybe a lil more common decency and shared respect could be shared(considering there are many other ways to get your point across) . Sorry that was my mistake I will not expect as much from you in the future.

Not what I'm saying...
Saying that if you can set vv and vw and it has a display it should show all 3 values on the device...apparently the eVic is capable of it...

it doesn't matter why if I enjoy using VW do I need to understand the voltage or vice versa it seems you are just arguing to argue. If you don't like the mvp just say so and be done with it. But it seems to be with your friend and now on here you just love to argue redundant and utterly unless points

The deletions were already done before i came back to the thread, once again retired1 was too quick for me (he pretty much takes the 'tired' out of 'retired.' ;) )

I can't believe how worked up people get in these ProVari threads...this has got to be about more than just discussing a battery tube. Personally, i don't want to devote a single square inch of space in my head listening to angry rants, and i'm tempted to just avoid any thread with 'ProVari' in the title. Then again, newcomers are entitled to hear a factual discussion about devices in which they are interested. This includes hearing from people who actually use the device in discussion, whatever it is.

Well, one poster has done a good job embarrassing himself for the day.

3.7 volts @ 2.2 ohms gives 6.22273 watts
3.8 volts @ 2.2 ohms gives 6.56364 watts

Difference of .34091 watts.

Give a .5 watt increase that is a difference of .50000-.34091 or .15909 watts.

You can dial in your vape a little better using VV than VW. Considering coils gunk and resistance changes, you would have to be messing with your settings constantly. If .15909 watts makes a difference in your vape, then VV. If not VW is so much easier for those of us that make our coils and don't worry about the resistance of them or those of us who don;t mind a little gunk. As long as my coils are between 1.8 and 2.5, the watts keeps it where I want it without bothering with it. The .15 watt advantage is too miniscule to me.

Look I've a stepdaughter with ADHD, Autism, and is mentally delayed...and do find the word offensive when applied to a person...
But when it's used in it's proper context to describe a situation thats been slowed or delayed it's just a word...
There is a level when attempts at being too PC are just oppressive...when it attempts to strike a word from the english language just because of how some choose to use it is such an instance...
Same with the flyfolt (swastika)....around for centuries and used heavily in buddist and greek decoration (chinese, persian, indian too) with positive connotations...but because of something that happened in the 1940s, some people find it offensive...
Opperating under your logic...we should take all those examples of earlier cultures and smash them because some might see them as offensive...because they dont understand context and history..

Sorry, I will not expect much from you going forward either....

Like I said, no hating here, it's just an expectation I don't have myself and have never considered.

I don't think it's the job of any manufacturer to educate anyone about ohms law. In my opinion, to use this as a criteria for deciding if one device is sub-par or not just seems to be a strange choice.

But it's your party and you can invite who you like.

Really the swastika? Yea the things that now stands as a symbol of oppression and killing people. Not to mention a war. But yes let's totally forget that because it's also been used positively in the past. Smdh

I have not used a Provari, but have an MVP2. Even with the massive battery life, i still prefer the authentic vision spinners over the MVP and VV3. I feel I get a better vape.

It felt great until the newness wore off. Regardless of what tank I threw on it, the spinners give me a better vape. I even took a tank off the spinner and placed on the MVP and VV3's, at the same settings. Probably psychosomatic, but I like it.

Actually I came to this thread to agree with this
That is interesting, considering that adjusting watts is just another way of adjusting volts, and vice versa.

(Cue someone with a mech mod and two hours of googling under their belt to hurry and explain to me that I clearly don't understand the relation between voltage and power.

I stated why I don't like the MVP, because the display does not display the real time values...when you set voltage there is no indication of operational wattage...and when you set wattage it doesn't indicate operational voltage...
At that point I was accused of not knowing how it worked.... (I do)
And since had to defend my opinion and apparently the very choice of words I use...
But I'm certainly not just going to back away from my opinion or be bullied and run away...

So has christianity....what's your point....

Actually this was exactly the overly PC response I pretty much expected...
(Pssst ....I eat meat and wear leather too)...

At least now I know that my expectations can be lowered to absolute zero in any future dealings...

Really?? Really?? Again with this crap. This has to be the ten billionth post about a freaking battery. It's not about starving children or the homeless. It's a freaking battery. Who the hell cares.

Actually to be fair....a battery and a battery HOLDER (albeit an american made battery holder)....
And indeed who cares...

Got each about 1 month ago. Forgetting price for a moment, it is clear to me which is better, at least after a month of very heavy use.

The MVP2 is much, much better. In every way. It is solid as a rock, holds a charge much longer, more tanks fit on it. Perhaps the best thing is that it charges from a standard mini USB. I can charge it at my desk, in my car, etc. My phone charger charges it. Heck, any USB charger charges it. It is smaller and more discrete than the provari. Also, the provari is really annoying to adjust. Cycling thru the menu is reminiscent of the first digital LED digital watches. Honestly, using the menu on the Provari is like being transported to the 70's. if you pass your selection, you have to go all the way around again. Once you kae your selection you have to wait a while to access that selections menu. Then, once you've made your selection, you have to wait a while for the screen to shut off. If you don't you are in danger of messing up the settings and having to start again. besides being annoying, it can result on mistakenly setting your Volts much, much higher than intended.

Finally, and for me this is the absolute decider: It has variable Watts as well as Voltage. I don't pretend to understand what the watts/volts thing is really all about and how they work with each other in relation to ohms, etc. (nor do I really care - it's enough for me to understand that its about more/less power, heat, etc.) But it is a fact that many times it is the adjustment of Watts, not Volts that 'opens up' the flavors and qualities of an ejuice.

Yes, the Provari is very pretty, solid as hell and feels great in your hand. It feels similar to a maglite, and that's a good thing. But even if they were priced the same, I'd take the MVP2 in a heartbeat.

It's $200 vs $50... even if the MVP turns out to need replacement after a year, it's a no-brainer. I'm definately NOT trying to start a flame war, I just want to share my findings with people who are on the fence and with whom a $200 investment matters. I'm glad I have both, since I love toys but hopefully if you have to pick one, this helps a little.
But can an MVP part the Red Sea???

Wow...not what I was really going for, lol. In my original post I wrote:

That's all. What's the huge debate? Let's support each other in our mutual hobby/obsession and in our journey to quit smoking. This is a bit of a psycho (no offense meant to actual psychopaths) forum!
