I bought my Grand about a year ago and it never leaves my side. Unfortunately mine is currently under the weather. ... I had some issues with my juice well. I sent it back for repair, but the repair wasn't done well. I've heard lots of great feedback about Robs customer service and shot him an email. He took my criticism on the chin, apologized (because he didn't do the repair himself) and insisted that I send it back so he could address the issue himself and make sure I was completely satisfied. What more could I ask for?
You'll be hard pressed to hear anything negative about a Reo mod. But rest assured... In the unlikely event you have any issues, their customer service is top notch!

Thats fine, remember one thing, the only dumb question is the one not asked... find the thread for the doohickey, hit him up, the doohickey is ingenious... you can measure the volts of your battery nice quick n simple, really made me fall head over heels the rest of the way... takes maybe 30 seconds to check the volts on my batt... but you should notice the drop off in your vape... its still nice to have

I really didn't buy the hype and just picked this up on a whim. But just a 1/2 hour and I know I'm hooked. The vape is incredible. Now I understand why everyone is so loyal to these things.
I'll try to post a pic or two tomorrow. Had a bit of a bad day today. Our little miniature dachshund, Tye, I called him WeeWoe, died today and I've been really bummed out. I wasn't even going to mess with the Reo today, but I guess I just couldn't sit still and had to get my mind off of WeeWoe for a little while. We have 4 other dogs, but I'll miss him terribly.
