I just bought these cotton balls from the grocery store..These should be okay right

I bought these from the store for $1.29 + tax.

The front label reads "100% Pure natural cotton"

There's no mentioning of the word "organic" so I am going to wait until I hear some expert opinions from ecf before I use this.

I boiled a handful but it seems like its gunna stay wet for a while.

Meh, I would maybe give one a shot. If it does not lose the weird taste after 5-10 hits, then you will have to boil them.

Ps: don't inhale for the testing

Boil 'em about 10 minutes then throw them in either a sock or some panty hose then throw that in the clothes dryer for a little bit.
I used to boil my cotton yarn a few feet at a time then tied it off to a dish rag, then threw it in the dryer. Works great.
