Hmmm - never tried the Mistic but by looking at it on their website, I looks a heck of a lot like the e-cig I started with (Greensmoke) and didn't like it much. The cartos don't last, batteries don't last, hard to refill (If not impossible). Finally gave up and took the leap to a LavaTube. Looks nothing like a real cig, can be used with a 7 ml tank, refill yourself with whatever flavor and strength of juice you want... Looks intimidating to a newbie but I got the hang of it within a day and am 100% smoke free now.............. Start-up cost is higher but a bigger model (LavaTube, Provari, Ego........) ends up being cheaper in the long run. Don't know how much you smoke(d) with analogs, I smoked 1.5 packs a day and am now vaping about 3-4 ml of 18 mg juice. It's satisfying, don't even want an analog anymore. You might want to look at better options than the mistic or other mini-cigs. I'm sure you'll get plenty of suggestions here on ECF. Welcome and good luck transitioning to a smoke-free world!!!!!!!!!!

Spend your time looking around a site like these...or others in the suppliers tab above...
Ms T's Bakery Essentials
Backwoods Brew

Many here started out with the weak cigarette-type e-cigs, become dissatisfied and graduated to a PV that you can fill with juices in just about any flavor and nic strength imaginable!

i read somewhere that if you smoked 20 cigs a day 1.8% or 18mg will be ok for you and if you smoke less than 20 which with me i smoked between 8-10 cigs a day that 1.2% or 12mg would be perfect. does this sound ok to you guys?

Rough guidline only, everybody is different.
Most need higher mg. at the start then taper it off as they go.

I generally tend to recommend people start at 24mg or 18mg, depending not on how much they smoked, but on what kind of cigarettes they smoked. Of course, I also have a local store to take them to where they can try them both before they make a decision. I've only had one friend who was a 10ish cig a day camel silver smoker decide to start at 11mg instead of 18mg, but everybody else so far has gone with either 18mg or 24mg, with most of the 24mg people being former full flavor smokers or menthol smokers. Now, a lot of people who I know stepped down to lower nic after they through that initial quitting period, but I'd say erring on the higher side is probably a better idea to start. You can always dilute it down with some 0mg juice in the same flavor if you end up deciding it's too much, or even some VG from a local store.
