Heres what I did , and so far its worked for me. I was a pack a day plus smoker for over 40 yrs. I knew I had to quit, so every time i had a craving Id hit my e-cig. I did that for 3 days. I still craved a real cig so i decided to light one up took 1 drag it tasted like crap. That was 13 days ago and I havnt touched a analog since...... For the first 3 days your body does alot of wierd things, yove got to remeber your addicted to alot of the toxins in a analog also. Just takes time for the old body to readjust. Stick with it and youll be fine......

oops it says 1.8% nicotine by volume

Yes, 1.8% by volume, is equal to 18mg per ml. Therefore, a 24mg juice, would be 2.4% by volume. You are correct, it is akin to strength.

I suggest getting a stronger liquid. The first week or so is the hardest when you switch. Nicotine, from cigarettes, though lower, undergoes a chemical process to make it stronger and more addictive, plus there are other addictive properties of cigarettes, and nasty things you'll be detoxing from. You will have the urge to smoke. When that hits, just vape more, you'll get over it soon.

I also suggest getting better equipment, something that works better for you. The Ego clones I hear have a very good vapor production and battery life. Look into it.

i forgot to ask, how do you know when your cart is almost empty? i've realized there's not as much vapor as usual, and also when i take a slow long drag the bottom of the cart (where you put your mouth) gets a little hot and the vapor going into my m outh is a little on the hot side. not so hot that it burns me but still. should i change the cart?

The Mistic has a 901 male fitting on the battery and a 901 female fitting on the cartomizer. Take a small screw and pull the little plastic thingy out of the end of the cartomizer and you can refill the carto until it quits heating. Yes when they get hot the are becoming dry. change to a new cartomizer. when it taste burned you might as well throw it away that taste is hard if not impossible to get rid of. mixtics are a good first e-cig but you will want to move on to something else. If i can suggest one thing read read read as much of and as many different topics on this forum as you can.
educate yourself and then make a educated purchase on your upgrade...

Good Luck and Welcome.

You'll get less vapor, and you might get a burning taste too. That's how you know you need to change the cart. Heat has nothing to do with it, batteries and especially attys heat up a lot with continued, consecutive use, especially with the smaller cigarette style ecigs. It's not necessarily dangerous to your or your equipment unless the products in question get hot enough to burn you. If you find the sensation uncomfortable, let your equipment cool off for a few minutes and continue.

Hi crash, I'm a noob myself but I already know you need a decent quality unit to truly mimic an analog. I have an authentic joyetech 510-T and it is simply amazing to me how well it simulates an analog. I always smoked extralights so the 24mg nic liquid was a bit too much for me. You should feel the nicotine pacifying your craving within 30 seconds of a puff...perhaps your supplier gave you 0mg nic liquid by mistake?
