Prior to me quitting 3 years ago (as of Jan 3, 2014) I had been seeing an ENT (ear, nose and throat doc) on a regular basis because of my acid reflux and my smoking-the smoking added to the reflux problems and my throat would always be really red and irritated from the smoke.) He would always scope me where they stick a tube up your nose and down your throat to view your throat, voice box, etc...well anyways yesterday was my 3rd checkup with them since I quit and he said my throat and voice box looked awesome (more than it's ever looked since I've been going to him) and I also got a chest x-ray from my primary yesterday as well...which I have to admit I was terrified of having. The radiologist could not believe how much more clear my lungs look now compared to previous x-rays when I was still smoking...all the "haze" is gone (most of it anyways) and any lines of congestion that showed up in previous x-rays on my lungs and totally gone...they even used a magnifying glass to view the x-rays and could not find anything!
I was so thrilled I was almost in tears. I think this shows that ecigs are totally safe and they do no harm, the tests speak for themselves. It's time the FDA and others who want to preach anti speech about them see this stuff so they can't sit there in denial any longer. I mean what more proof does one need? X-rays and throat scopes don't lie
