I JUST ORDERED A CHUCK! WOOHOO - Im kinda scared...

Ok, so i did it, I said screw it and just ordered a chuck, I didn't really think this one though. I just pulled the trigger. It seems like a good product. and I hope I made the right choice. im gunna run it at 6v (2 cr123) and got the added sleeve with the order.

The part that weirds me out is that there is no phone number for him. just an email, Will I get a confirmation email from him? A call? Text? anything? How long will it take to get to me? (I got black with red caps, no logos or anything)

kinda freaked out that there is no real contact info, im use to calling suppliers before ordering from them....

Anyone even seem to have a problem with them?

Im all in at this point, I paid for it, and don't really know what to expect..

LOL! That's how it goes man. You'll get it for sure though, guaranteed. Everyone gets it! But it'll be like 2-3 weeks.

I think you are going to like your Chuck very, very much!! From what I have seen there isn't anyone complaining about the customer service

You'll prob not hear much unless you email him at chucks@thagbuilt.com for a question, but you should get an almost immediate response from amazon.com for payment confirmation. In aabout two weeks, youll see it on the Sat Night thread!!!!!!! Then, normally no longer than 2-3 days after seeing it in "prOn", it will be safe in ur hands!!!!! Ive ordered 5 with not one problem

I just got flat black with red caps.. I figured it wouldn't take as long.

DcMagic, When I first ordered, I emailed jeff to confirm he got my order and he responded within a day. Every question I email him with recieves an answer within 24 hours. So I wouldn't worry about not being able to contact him. He has excellent customer service.
