Got a code for a free bottle, so I gave them a try. Since the code also gave shipping free for the entire order I decided to spend some of my very limited budget and placed a small ($15) order as well.
The issue: A 30ml bottle in the package left VapeWild missing the dropper tip. About half of the juice leaked out into the packaging. Thankfully, the juices were packed well in brown paper which completely absorbed the spill.
The resolution: Chatted with Adam who immediately sent me a new bottle.
Issue #2: The new bottle they sent me was 70% PG, not 70% VG like my initial order.
Resolution #2: Chatted again with Adam this afternoon. Issue was resolved beyond my expectations. I didnt ask for specifics, but I believe I have several bottles of liquid coming.
Pay attention vendors! THIS is how you treat customers. Fast, more than fair resolution.
The juice:
Crunch Berry 30/70 9mg - My least favorite of the bunch.. Very fruity, was expecting similar to Capn Comet from Moon Mountain or Crunkberry, but its unlike either. Almost no cereal taste and a little harsh. Ill revisit this in a month or so.
Sweat and Creamy 60/40 12mg- I ordered this with extra flavor shots, nic and more PG than I like specifically to add a bunch of VG to it to mix with some crappy fruit juices I have. Its pretty good after adding 1:1 VG. Ill likely add another 20% VG. Definitely needs a good steep.
Raspberry Cheesecake- 30/70 6mg -Strong raspberry with a creamy finish. Its tasty!
Grape Gatsby 30/70 9mg AMAZING. Its grape with cranberry, very nice taste, not sweet at all. I will reorder this, but at 20/80 and 6mg as its just a little harsh on the exhale, not sure if its the nic or the PG.
