I still vape as much as I did when I first started-all day. My provari is always in my hand unless I am busy doing something. Alot of nights I fall asleep with it in my hand. I vape 18mg.

At what volt level you vape the majority of the day? I believe that the voltage effect the nic deliverance to the body?

I vape wayyyy more than I smoked...but I love IT!!! I have also got my hubby, my brother & my mom vaping...and I think all of us would agree that our "addiction" (I prefer "pleasure/hobby") to vaping is possibly more so than to analogs. When we get low on juice it's like a frenzy because isn't not like running out & buying a pack of smokes...I will never smoke another tobacco cigarette...and I am enjoying this forum as well. Actually it is now the first place I go when I get on my puter :vapor:

In my limited experience voltage does not. I have a bottom feed Reo Grand @3.7 with a Cisco 1.5, and a ProVari @2.0, 2.5 & 3.0 Cisco Atty's. I get a warmer vape @5v, but don't vape any less @5v than at 3.7v. I've tried 6v, but prefer 5v & 3.7 vaping. I'm an all day type of vaper @18.

Warmer vapor does provide a better throat hit combined with nicotine strength. Vaping at 4.5v - 5.0v, I decreased my vaping somewhat because I was more satisfied with my overall vaping experience. It's why so many "Vets" use PV's that allow them to vape around 5 volts.

I vape all day...at home, at work, on the bus, in the mall, bus station, grocery store... I even vaped like a fiend on an Airplane flying to newfoundland around christmas! nic level doesn't really seem to matter much unless I go over 24mg, or hit bills Provari cranked to 11... I get sleepy/dizzy if I over nic.

I also tend to vape all day. I vape close to 12 mg (usinf DIY juice, the dosage probablty varies somewhat). I never really get a nic overdose, contrarily to what happened sometimes with analogs. I feel healthier, so why not ?

Maybe inhaling all that PG isn't completely safe, but it's certainly safer than smoking. So far, I haven't noticed any side effect.

Since I started vaping two months ago, i keep holdong my kGo all the time, when i am not using it, I am usually holding my Blu, Volt, or my mistic (cig look alike), I have 0 nic liqiud that I use all day long, in the morning i start with the heavy stuff like 36% nic but i feel that this is not healthy... how do you guys do it? do you specify time for vaping? do you vape all day long??
Well for my sake i hope its not a bad thing or id prob be dead already..24mg like a train

When I vape, I vape! Like right now, I've been chain vaping for an hour or so. I just love it.

When I don't vape, I just don't. At work, even going out sometimes, I just... don't feel a need to vape at regular intervals. That's one of the things I love most about vaping. I feel free. Coming from a pack a day smoking, when I'd end up many times in that "I need a cigarette right now" situation, this is probably the best thing about vaping.

I'm not worried at all about my vaping, but that's just me. Maybe I should be worried. But I read A LOT, reviewed tons of literature, gave it many hours of thought and I can't find any reason to worry too much.

I doubt vaping will be proven to cause cancer.

Certain plastics (from poorly chosen bottles, who knows - cartomizers, drip tips even) might lead to a tiny amount of carcinogens in the vape. Nicotine is not a carcinogen, but has been shown, in the lab, to contribute to tumor growth if such tumor does exist. It's not enough to draw a clinical conclusion, but maybe worth keeping in mind. Flavors - there's no telling, but most of them have been shown to not be 'heavy' carcinogens (mutagens, that is). But if they, and other stuff in the vape, do indeed cause constant "irritation" (inflammation, tissue damage and constant repair), then they could theoretically contribute to cancer. However, a couple of hundred other substances found in a regular diet are more carcinogenic than what our vapor would be in the worst case scenario.

I vape more now than I did starting out a month ago b/c I have better flavors and better cartos. I'm truly fascinated by the way the vapor looks and how it settles onto objects when the cloud comes down, and how it feels when it falls on your skin - cool like fog. (100% vg is a contributor to an excessive amount of vapor.) :D
Started at 18mg and tried 24mg, but w/ the new flavors of the 24mg, I was vaping more and started noticing that my heart would get a little racy so I had to back off of the vaping until I got some more 18mg which for now, seems to allow me to vape as much as I want. I could probably back it down to 12mg or less, but I'm not worried about that right now. The only thing I switch around w/ throughout the day are the different flavors and that's from 3-5, depending on what I'm doing. (When I drink, it's BB the whole time.)

I only vape when I am awake ....

I should hope so :D Are there any sleep-vapers out there?

Haha, you beat me to it. i got a chuckle out of that as well. I was going to say "that's odd, because I only vape when I'm asleep".

And come to think of it, I probably would if I could. :)
