I know I'm a Newbie but.....

I have a couple of drip tips that are used but I needed a different one so I ordered it new. When it arrived it is solid in the middle hole with what looks like a white packing of sorts. Is this normal and should I remove it or is it defective? It is solid and no juice will go thru...
Has anyone else had this problem?

I've dripped but just modified a cartridge so I've never actually seen a drip tip, but that don't sound right.
Are you sure you didn't get a cartridge with a liquid cart filled with filler?

A drip tip is not solid in the middle that would not be very productive for dripping. Probably just some packing material got lodged in it, just try pushing it out with a tooth pick, paper clip or something. If it doesn't come out something is amiss and you should contact the vender.

Drip tip should have a hole all the way through, sounds like yours didn't get drilled all the way,
or there's a piece of Styrofoam packing is stuck in there.
