99% of the liquids ive tried are not worthy of vaping all day. In fact, most arent worthy of vaping for 30 mins. my #1 is A Quiet Morning by Alice in Vapeland. Problem is, after a day or 2 i cant taste it. if only i can find 1 or 2 more liquids that are all day vape worthy to switch off with.

I recently got a packing of new flavors from AIV. all are perfumy. Hopefully steeping will correct this.

The local shop here, Vaperite, has a crap load of their own liquids but they are all less than mediocre so I resorted to purchasing from reputable online vendors. I select juices based on the popularity and the description. No luck. Im wasting money

Judging only by your post counts, you guys appear to be new vapers? Years of smoking have damaged your taste buds (vaper's tongue), so your sense of taste will be off for at least a couple of months until your tasters heal.

I happen to like coffee flavors, and one of my favorite e-liquid vendors is Vaperite. I love the Kona Cream and Double Espresso. They do require a couple of weeks steep time.

There's a thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/503973-ecf-best-2013-a.html actively going on now for the nominees for the best flavors in different categories. I've noticed that several flavors have been turning up repetitively as favorites by many posters, so looking those lists over should give you some ideas for flavors to try.

It's taken a long time for me to find a juice that I just love. Lots of trial and error and money to finally get there. I just subscribed to zamplebox to see if I could find more juices I would like to try on the cheap.

I thought I loved pink spot and now it tastes like crap to me. I'm now addicted to mountain oak vapor, they have great flavors and a decent price. I also love juice mafia. Just got a free bottles if juice from vapor chef, one flavor in really enjoying the other not so great. Free sample was okay but not a flavor I would choose.

Just know that it takes time, and a lot of error to find the one you will love.

Thanks for the link.

The problem with me is that I was never one that wanted to smoke flavors like chocolate cake, etc. I was never into menthol cigs, for instance. So a lot of these e-juices will naturally seem off-putting to me. This may change in the future (already I have a fondness for Kringle's Curse...as an occasional treat).

Yeah everyone chases the taste like a camel or Marlboro or whatever I smoked last at first, which usually never happens, then once the sense of taste and smell starts to recover, that usually changes. Finding ones preferred VG/PG and nic level can be costly enough, then finding the flavors one enjoys is another investment in time and money. Then the Damn taste buds recover and my Fav ADV is now the juice I can't stand no more. Find a handful of flavor and vendors that you like and stick with them until you need something different.

I got off the juice roulette game and started DIY juice instead. Saving lots of money and am able to customize my juice to my preference. Vape flavors from apple pie to Captain Black and use Cinnamon in many of my recipes. Usually will make a 10 ml sample batch when trying something new, that way if I don't like it I am only out like 75 cents. Have developed at least 5 ADV that I have been mixing for several month, have a few other I enjoy to get a break form my standards. Have like 10 flavors I haven't even tried yet, but $1.49 for 8 ml of flavor extract is a small investment risk to try out a new taste. Some flavors I just add small amounts for complexities and nuances in the recipe.

so I resorted to purchasing from reputable online vendors

a lot of us always found vaperite as a reputable online vendor… used to love their bananas foster and kona cream…

I get what you are saying though… and just a few comments from me…

One… have you ever tried vaping unflavored? I think this is a good practice for anyone struggling with flavor… I would have likely quit cigs and fell into vaping even if flavored e-liquid didn't exist… and I would have been happy.

Then I discovered flavor and went through what you are describing… in fact, I still go through it.

My feeling is that flavor is overrated. I try to find a pleasant, vapable flavor… I don't believe in knock your socks of… MMM MMM good flavors anymore. As soon as you do find one, it gets gross quickly enough.

Two, if you do take the DIY route, buy higher quality nic and base… took me 3 years to figure out the main reason my diy sucked was because I was using wizard labs quality stuff.

Three, after a while you'll discover that many juices and flavors taste the same… there truly isn't as much variety as there are vendors… there are only so many flavoring companies out there and… many vendors use the same three or four.

I am always searching for the unique vendor that makes something no one else can… now I am on grizzly juice… the three bears…

and some Lab juices from places like Halo, TW and Goodejuice

anyway, good questions and apologies for a slightly disenchanting answer… though it is just my perspective...

I had the same problem that you are describing. I got a tip from a redditor and I tried "OORAH" and "Eastwood" by Indigo Vapor and they immediately became my all-day juices. They're both sweet tobacco flavor, but not so sweet to make you sick of it. If you're still looking for quality all-day juice I would try Indigo for sure. I will probably be going to Indigo from now on. Good luck!

I'm very new to vaping but consider this...

I like a Starbucks coffee in the morning, usually Pike Place (just a drip not the fancy crappucinos or whatever), I like a Dr Pepper or a Coke in the afternoon after lunch, I like a good scotch or a craft beer in the evening (just 1, not a night of drinking). Why would vaping flavors be any different? I'm not as simple as drinking the same thing for flavor 24/7 and I don't think most people are, and maybe this is a good way to look at vape flavors. Pick things that appeal as you would drinks or food. I think it would bore me to tears to vape the same thing all day every day. Since you can add your desired amount of nic to any flavor... it truly becomes about the flavor rather than like a certain brand of analogs you smoke all day every day, but that's mostly about the nic not the flavor. Just a thought.

Already been stated, but I'll go ahead and say it again. Many of us chase tobacco flavors when we begin our journey, only to find out later that we really like other flavors better. I am guilty of this, I have found that that I like other flavors that I would never have considered. Fruits and dessert flavors are now a staple, even tobaccos mixed with other flavors. It is really hard to find a tobacco that will taste like what ever cigarette you smoked.

Even when you find something you like, your taste will change. What was good a few weeks ago may seem awful. While what was awful a few weeks ago may appeal to you.

The honest truth is there are no flavors that can duplicate the taste of burning tobacco leaves and smoke. Some have the aroma of an unsmoked cigarette, cigar, or pipe tobacco. But its impossible to create the taste of these in an e-liquid. Once you understand this, you may stop chasing the unfindable.

I find that a majority of these new vapors searching for the tobacco taste eventually find another flavor that they like, be it a fruit or candy flavor, and once they have been off cigarettes completely, then want nothing to do with tobacco flavors or even wanting another analog. The taste they once craved is repulsive if they happen to try a smoke out of curiosity.

My all day vape is 'Flue Cured" from "Alien Visions". I still try other eliquids, but so far I have not found many others that I could vape all day.

Also, be carefull of these "local shop" places. Some of them mix the stuff up right in the back room, and you realy don't know if they know what they are doing or not.

Yup..the instant I tasted Roar Vapor "Strapple" I KNEW I would never go back...

After a few months...sat in a vehicle with a smoker buddy, the scent of the smoke enticed me...but my stomach was doing cartwheels

Funny thing is...a month later...he is rocking a 1300mAh ego and a protank II mini :D

I don't have a true ADV...I end up switching between 3 rigs full of different flavors, ya know that whole "backup for your backup of your backups" thing :p

I never ordered anything based solely on its popularity. I order juice based on what I like. When I first started vaping, the tobacco flavors were good, especially RY4 blends and tobaccos with a bit of black cherry. Yum! Or so I thought. Now? Can't stand 'em.

The search for a good ejuice should be based on what your taste buds crave. Try the fruits. Try the deserts. Try samples of off the wall flavors that are just plain crazy. You'll probably find a few surprises.

I'm in the same boat. To me, most e-juices taste like moth balls wrapped in moldy gym socks. Fortunately, I found one I can vape all day...Halo's Tribeca. It has been instrumental in keeping me off analogs. To each his own, hopefully you can find one that works for you.

I too found Tribeca a couple months ago. It certainly has been my staple ejuice, all day/every day. But just as the OP stated, after a few hours, I don't taste it like I did at first. Therefore I have to puff on my 2nd choice in between. At home I do this, but I don't want to get teased at work, so just keep one PV going.
