I ordered 8 half ounce bottles and 8 ounce bottles with standard caps, 4 blue and 4 amber of each kind. I also got (3) 1 dram vials with droppers in blue, green, and amber. Just under $25 including priority mail shipping (which was nearly half the cost).

I got some juice in the mail today from a vendor that ships in glass and I'm pretty disappointed :( Out of 6 flavors, 1 is pretty good, 3 are a little funky but okay in small doses, and 2 are completely disgusting. I'm hoping they just need more steeping time. The bottles they came in are I think 2 dram amber vials with glass droppers. I have a shipment from highbrow on its way and I really hope I get a couple of winners from them.

Very cool, Clovery. Looking forward to seeing some pics when your bottles come in.

Also, let me know what sort of e-liquid flavors you tend to lean towards and I'll see if I may be able to steer you to some juices that worked for me. I've tried tons of different tobacco flavors from several different suppliers, as well as a few non-tobacco types...some are fantastic...some suck.

And you are dead-on about letting the disgusting ones steep...many of the e-juices I've tried almost went into file-13 (trash can), but luckily, I'm a juice hoarder and just put them in a drawer, tried them later just out of curiosity, and viola, they had been magically transformed into something better. (Might have been the plastic leaching that made it good...TOLD y'all that plastic is the spice of life! lol)

The only thing Im wondering about is if plastic affects flavor. I cant say I have any concerns other than that.

That's exactly what I was going to say. I've wasted a lot of money mixing juices that taste great only to have them taste terrible the next day. I'm not going to say that it's the plastic just yet, because it may be the sweetener I'm using. I'm going to experiment when my glass bottles arrive.

It's driving me nuts to have something that tastes so good and then go to refill and I can taste nothing but nastiness! :(

Plastic effects flavor for those that are hyper sensitive to flavor. Some people just have the sensitivity to taste that allows them to taste "changes" in flavor. I know people that have a very remedial sense of smell and taste who can't taste the difference in a "bad" juice and a "good" juice, let alone leeched plastic. So, if you prefer drinking from glass as opposed to plastic, this may be due to the plastic taste, so I would definitely suggest storing in glass. I just so happen to be able to taste an smell very small changes in juices and such...plus, I do not want to vape plastic.

Rick you tried contacting me and I PMed you but apparently I can't because your aren't getting PMs? I just found your recent posts.

Please let me know your thoughts on various types of non-glass, flexible e-liquid containers. There has been MUCH discussion on this very subject as recently as today, and I really would like to know everyone's concerns about safety and durability of non-glass containers.

I don't give a damn what the juice comes in, so long as it tastes good when I'm vaping it.

This reminds me of audiophiles, not letting their cables touch the floor because they can "hear" the interference through their $800 Sennheisers.

HAHAHA - Amen to that!! I've never had a problem myself either... but I've ordered a bunch of glass bottles, just in case... they should be here within the week :)

Yes, they do. Halo's glass bottles are child-proof. Im sure they can be purchased from a variety of vendors.

Question: Glass bottles do not come with childproof caps do they????? I guess im wondering which is more important - the benefits of glass or the fact that a child cant get into a poisionous subtance (Nicotine)?? Not trying to be a smartbutt -- serious question -- I personally think glass is nicer, but I worry about (for the general public not my case specifically) kids getting into the juice with easy to open bottles. Something to ponder I guess...............
